⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honestly, so far the best staff experience at Chop & Seat @ 170! The team was clearly busy and rushing, but they still managed to be friendly, welcoming and greet us with a smile. Really appreciate the effort and good service. ❤️ We stay all the way in the West, but good service like this definitely makes us want to come back again. The food is one thing, but good staff who know how to treat customers deserve to be recognised too. Keep up the great work, team! You’re doing a great job! 👏❤️

Standards drop, i guess . My family and i been eating their western food for a few times ever since they open . Today had fish and chips which is a frequent regular order . The fish tastes weird. Sourish and freezer taste .The fish meat was soggy . I went back and requested a change.Initially, the staff said ok ,I went back to my table and asked my kids if they still wanted the same thing . After I came back ,the attitude changed .He tasted it and said it was normal, considering it came with lemon and tartar sauce . The fish was eaten before the squeeze of lemon or tartar sauce .Can't be bothered to argue, and I ask him if he is going to change it. He said no cause there's no issue .I told him to keep it , and I won't take it back to feed my kids. To the management , Do train your staff in service recovery . You are doing food business for God sake. I request to change as the food tastes bad, not change cause it's the wrong order. You lose another customer. Will be last time patronising the stall.

We had a wonderful experience at this outlet located within CoffeeHood and Tea Hall. We had 5 different dishes and all were cooked to perfection. The guys running the stall are also hardworking chaps, who while running a busy stall, are polite and smiley. Definitely recommended! One of the dishes we had was B1 Double Smashed CheeseBurger. It tasted like a way better version of the Big Mac! We will definitely return for another round!

I previously bought it a long time ago when they first opened hoping to support a local stall. Not only was the chicken portion extremely small, it was also so overcooked to the point of tasting bitter. We accidentally bought it again today. Still overcooked. Still expensive and small. Worse still there is hair in the food. Yea I've reported this to SFA, hopefully this stall closes down forever for good.
