Very nice chicken. Tender and juicy. Nicely marinated. Bonus is even though choice of chicken parts is not possible, we didn’t get any breast without requesting. Curly fries is very good, hot and crispy. Same goes with pop corn chicken, a little bit spicy for kids but good for adults. The only thing we wouldn’t recommend is the mash potatoe. Even with the warm gravy, It was still a bit cold.

This place is short handed for a weekend. The poor cashier lady has to multi task in making sure the people queue before getting a seat, take orders and clear the tables. Food wise is quite standard. Can help yourself to the chili pump at the common area. The sweet potato fries is nice. Not many places serve this unless the higher end ones. Can mix fish and chicken. The chicken is nicer than the fish.

Crispy & tender fried chicken! Well marinated.i like the side dishes (coleslaw, whipped potatoes, Onion rings).The hot chicken burger not bad either.combo set with fish (set 4) is average,fish not crispy.

One of my favourite fried chicken choice, the chicken is less juicy or crispy, but it’s tastier than other fried chicken out there… they also offer variety of side dish options with very reasonable price.

Ordered at 5.55pm, cashier did not inform me that waiting time was 30 minutes and I only heard after she told the customers after me. I was in a rush so luckily the food came promptly in exactly 30 minutes but they got my order wrong. I asked for 2 pieces of spicy chicken and they gave me 1 original 1 spicy and my sweet potato fries were cold. I didn't want to question the cashier as I was already late and was rushing, but meal was subpar, much better off going to fast food chains. Save your time and money.

First time at this outlet, and I need to say this. B---- is a superwoman 🦸♀️, I'm so impressed with how she multitask the cashier, drinks bar, clears the tables, and manages the floor by herself. She even comes and greets diners and asks how's the food, etc. You guys are so lucky to have her in the team. The chicken is delicious 😋, and I enjoyed it while observing B---- manage everything. I'm so impressed that I need to come here and give her a 5 stars rating. Power la! 🤙

Ordered the Set Meal 2 that came with 1 drink, 2 sides and 3pc chicken. Got the hot one but wasnt really spicy. Skin was crispy and meat was still juicy and tender. Didn't get choice of chicken parts. Self service and tray return but no service charge so it's ok. When crowded, there might be people standing in the queue to order close to you if you're eating at the tables in the middle of front of the counter which can get annoying.

Four stars for the senior lady at the counter who is full of energy and polite. I think her name is Betty as shown on receipt. Minus one star as the pulled chicken salad is very disappointing. Small portion of green with a few pulled chicken from a fried chicken. Very pathetic. Will come again to try their fried chicken.

Tried Chick a Boo at Paya Lebar Singpost Centre for lunch. Accessibility: Place is walking distance from Paya Lebar MRT on Green and Circle lines. It's located on level 1 of SingPost centre. The food : we ordered BBQ Chicken burgers and Japanese curry with fried fish fillet. For additional 2 dollars you can convert it to a meal with a side dish and a drink. Burger was v large with a big barbecued chicken patty. Chicken was a very juicy. Cole slaw and sweet potato fries were also v good. Japanese curry was nice too. Meal came quickly and was v fulfilling. Overall v good food. Ambience: Ambience was good but staff put some cardboard boxes which gave a poor impression. Also was basin was v dirty and not cleaned for ages. Overall low score on Ambience. Price: Lunch for 3 costed SGD 31 only. Definitely value for money Overall really value for money food and way better than fast food outlets although falling short of a proper restaurant.

🍗 First time trying chic-a-boo and I'm positively surprised! The chicken is tender and juicy. I went for the 2-pcs chicken set and had corn and onion rings as sides. Great service too! Kudos to the auntie at the counter, superb customer service skills!

Solid fried chicken here, well marinated and fried with a light and crispy skin. Coleslaw was pretty good too. The spicy version is barely hot though.

It's my 2nd time to eat here and definitely my last. My Chicken was undercooked. I asked the guy at the pick-up counter to check my portion then refused to do anything. I don’t ask him to change it but at least if he can offer to re-cook the chicken but still shows up an attitude. I finished the salad so at least I can get something aside from a rude customer service by the guy at the pick up counter. Glad the auntie at the cashier atleast helpful and polite. Thats all!

Their chicken and burgers are tasty and juicy. What matters most, is their awesome customer service. We ordered our dinner through Grab and apparently, they ran out of mashed potato. They generously replaced it with corn and soup. That's them going the extra mile. We won't hesitate to order again. Everything was delicious Thank you, Chic A Boo Singpost team.
