Visited the zoo during school holiday and had lunch break at this Bistro. The chicken chop was OK but the fish & chips was very blend and tasteless. Kids was disappointed snd didn't finish it. Need to be more tasty.

Seriously overpriced western food, poorly prepared and served stale. There must be an inquest to the quality of food being served at all times. Moldy Cauliflower? Almost raw vegetables. Extremely small chicken chop when it costs $16.90. Best part? There is a "foreign" food item which I can't even tell what it was and pushed it to one side. Looks like a molded slice of mushroom but I can't really tell. The chicken chop was also grilled burnt as you can see from the pic... Hope the zoo management can look into this.

The food is costly and the dish isn't true to its image. The dish my mother ordered has no toppings AT ALL. The dish was supposed to consist of minced meat in it plus some herbs but it was just plain sauce and pasta. I advise tourists to never visit this place whenever they visit the Zoo 😟

Food is pricey and bland. Service of staff is great! A peacock came over while we were dinning. If you are too hungry to go out of zoo to eat, KFC would be a better choice.

The food here isn't bad, but it's pretty basic. Their ketchup is horrible (true throughout WRS parks). Service is OK. Go here for a convenient lunch if you're at the Zoo, and they have kid-friendly items like hot dogs and chicken nuggets, but don't expect anything really amazing from it.
