The Brisket with Rice done up is always cooked soo well. I've had briskets at different locations before but somehow this Chainsmoker location has mastered the art of consistency like no other place has ... so I only order from Chainsmoker now. Customer service - 5 stars Response time - 5 stars What you see in the pictures is more than enough for 2 people. #Halalfriendly

Came here about a few days ago for 5 people. The food was incredible. We had gotten the medium platter, and it provided a bit of everything and, even though it was a medium platter, we had to have it taken out since we couldn't finish it at the restaurant. We paid about $165 USD, tip included, and I believe it was well worth our money. And the waitress was quite kind. We hope to come to Canada again for this place.

This place delivers the goods for anyone who agrees that real BBQ is just inherently awesome. We went with a group of three and ordered the Large Platter; while the menu says it serves seven to eight people, our pure love for BBQ meant we could easily demolish it, making it the perfect size for two or three true meat lovers. Every single bite was incredibly memorable and tasty, hitting exactly the flavour notes you want from great urban BBQ. The only tiny critique is that serving the massive spread on a literal large platter might not actually be the most practical setup for the table, but the food itself completely steals the show.

Disappointed with Brisket and ribs. Brisket was not trimmed and half serving was just un rendered fat which was inedible. Ribs were dry & burnt tipped with too much BBQ sauce which was too sweet like eating dessert. I had high hopes with the place and my Birthday dinner turned into a Disappointment.

I came here at 9:15 and the guy in the front looked like he hated his life I ask him a question and he tells me to look up at the menu and then I order something and I ask what sides I can get he said look up at the menu and then I’m sitting waiting for my food and I was on the phone and this guy comes and shuffles the chairs under the table like he doesn’t see or hear someone on the phone. When he came to give me the food he doesn’t say a single word he doesn’t say thank you or enjoy nothing I’m not buying a burger from McDonald’s for 7 dollars I’m buying a burger for 17.50 which is nothing but I would expect this from a low quality place. First and last time coming here and I would never recommend it either.
