Didn’t have an impressive dining experience here. Firstly, the wait for the food was sooo long despite it not being crowded… Secondly, food wise: - Nanban chicken: Portion is good, but the chicken wasn’t that tasty. The batter really just tastes like fried flour without any seasoning, got gelat pretty quickly. - Otako udon: Doesn’t exactly look like the picture, which looks wayyyyy better? Average dish. Would I revisit? Maybe not as the wait time was too long really, and not value for money, mainly on the taste.

We came first but the person behind us sat down first without permission and the waitress did not say anything. When we followed her footsteps and sat down by ourselves because i have back pain and leg pain and i cannot stand long, and there are 5 empty tables, the waitress chased us out. This is very unfair.

Their lunch set promo attract me to try but regret after I ordered. Ordered their beef curry rice and we expect they serve beef slice instead they serve us abit of minced beef. More like eating rice with curry only, I hardly can taste the beef. Their cake and service was good though. 0 star for their beef curry rice, give 5 star for their cake and service.

A let down after coming back to this place after many years. Firstly the height of the cake wasn't as impressive as previously, saving grace was the good quality of strawberries used. As with most F&B in Singapore, the service staff are flustered and scurrying about. For a cake that cost $9.80, better ones can be found elsewhere. Nevertheless if you need a place to wait and sit out, you can come here.

The cake slices are getting smaller and the tarts are soft, cream is sweet. Nothing very special. I like their tea though, lavendar yuzu hojicha, simple and nice.

Place with shortest queue on a weekday 12.30pm lol, was attracted by the 9.90 discount Got beef curry rice, the curry was not bad but there was barely any beef inside... I was so hungry I finished all the salad which wasn't that great. Decided to top up and get my tea and fruit tart. And omg the fruit tart compensated for everything, first time trying that towering slice of tart, amazing!!! Got the banana chocalate, so much banana, but its not as if I felt like I was being cheated cos I only tasted banana, it blended v well with the pastry. Looking forward to trying the other tarts in spite of the price!!!

My husband ordered a mango cake tart (whole) for my birthday. It was a disappointment. We always order my birthday cake from Fruit Paradise as I like it very much. But surely not after today. This time pastries chef used a ugly broken small piece of chocolate to write on ‘Happy Birthday’. Seriously it really lack of effort and respectability to the birthday person. Mango tasted sour too. Worst next, when come to the payment cashier made an error. My husband asked her to void the receipt and redo again. She skipped him and attended to a customer after him. She kept my husband awaiting aside until finishing with other customer then back to him again. My husband was very upset with her scornful behaviour. That was an unacceptable service and experience in F&B. I have the photos in hands but there is no where I can share and post in here.

East slice of tart feels like it became smaller over the years. The tart base at this outlet tastes a bit on the dry side. Definitely tastes better when paired with ice cream. Apart from that, the fruits are nice and the cream is delicious. Overall, the various fruit tarts that we ordered are not too sweet. The parfait was also pretty good. The mochi balls in the parfait were not the best though. Momo sencha was nice and fragrant.

Tonight closed to 9pm, my husband and I were told by the chinese serving staff that we can have 50% discount on the cake and drink, and a while later, we again ask another staff to verify. After we had finished eating, when we came to payment then we realised that there is 50% discount on the drink alone. When we confronted the same staff, she just said that there is a misunderstanding, 50% discount only applied to drink. We expressed to her that we felt very cheated by her, and she just kept giggling. We didn't urgue with her further, but walk off with feeling cheated and utterly disappointed, decided no longer patronise this store anymore.😠

Had desserts here after lunch on 30 Dec 2023. We are a group of 11pax so it takes up many tables but the serving crew is not helpful enough to combine tables for us and so we waited for a while before seated. This place is quite cramped so not recommended for big groups. I find that the price of their parfaits are so much expensive than their tarts and it is ridiculous. I ordered a slice of Mixed Fruits Tart at $9.80++ and a strawberry parfait for my girls to share at $12.90++. The quality of the tart is still good but I find that the price has increased a lot.

Tart slice is really not worth the price. Drinks not served as displayed. Paying $7 for a glass of lychee water with big ice block.

With dessert you want more...with the mixed fruit and lychee rose tart all I wanted to do was cleanse my system with a cup of tea. The tarts were awfully bad: Inferior quality cream, not sweet and tantalizing.
