Came here for appreciation month. And they appreciated us by making us wait 45 mins for our food. Food was good, but definitely not worth the wait. The dude at the counter was not the most helpful/apologetic either and service was bad. If you have all the time in the world then sure. You can waste your time here.

Service was unexpectedly fast?? We were rushing to catch a movie at filmhouse before but wanted birria lol. First time trying chili cheese in ma life and this did not disappoint. The chili cheese nachos as the set is so so good. Of course bored tacos birria quesadilla never disappoints. I forgot how good their lamb taco is too lol. It’s basically birria too but still. Yessuhh

We all picked the same thing; birria beef quesadillas. There couldn't have been a better pick for our first visit to Bored Tacos! The beef was seasoned to perfection, juicy, and very tender. The quesadillas had a beautiful depth; the lime cut through the quesadilla and gave it a new angle of flavour, the cheese pull – everything we expected, the consommé... absolutely delectable. The portion; a perfect example of the rule of threes (all good things come in threes, yup). It's a great pick for those who can't really handle spicy food. We paired our food with some pineapple and guava Jarritos, a fizzy and refreshing conclusion to the meal. We're comfortably full and satisfied!!

The food is simply elite. The only downside is the price - at nearly $30 it’s a pricey lunch. But the quality of the meats, different textures between the lamb, beef and prawn and flavour profiles are excellent. If it was more affordable I’d grade it 5/5, but it’s not something an Average Joe like me would be able to stomach paying on a daily basis. Still doesn’t take away from how good it is though. Would have again when I really have the cravings
