❤️ I can't really comment on the dine in atmosphere as we always get takeaway. That said, their nasi lemak is consistently delicious and never disappoints. It's one of the places I make it a point to visit every time I'm back in Singapore. There's almost always a queue, but don't let that put you off. The line moves surprisingly quickly thanks to the team's efficiency, so the wait is never as long as it looks. Service is fast, friendly, and refreshingly straightforward. If you're ordering, I highly recommend adding the beef rendang and otak otak to your nasi lemak. Trust me, your future self will thank you... although your waistband might have a few opinions. 😅

We ordered the No. 1 Nasi Lemak Set, which costs #4.50. It came with Chicken wing, an egg peanuts, ikan bilis and a slice of cucumber. The rice is fragrant, and I finished it all. The chili is sweet and mildly spicy pairing well with the rice. Chicken wing was decent. Egg was a little overdone as the yolk was not runny. I found the peanuts slightly stale, and I put them aside after eating a couple. They are open daily from 7am till 3.30am. Now you can satisfy your nasi lemak cravings even in the wee hours of the morning. You just have to make the trek all the way to Boon Lay for it. Try it! 😋👍🏼

The $4.50 chicken set more than justified its price. It had everything you’d expect, but in larger portions. Nothing to complain about at this price point.

I believe by now many are aware that the Nasi Lemak is no longer “power” like how they used to be back in the heydays of the early 2000s. However, they still serve a ‘slightly above average’ Nasi Lemak catering to both people prefer the standard basic options or those who want a side of various ingredients - I am in the camp of the former. As for the Otak Otak, thankfully it was a well spiced big flat piece that did not taste artificially coloured, unlike many Nasi Lemak stalls these days. The sambal is not overly sweet that how most Nasi Lemak stalls have been unfortunately deviating to lately, sambal here as a balance of sweetness with savouriness and a tinge of spice. Is it worth eating here? Yes if you’re in the vicinity but is it worth going out of the way for this Nasi Lemak - No, those days have been long gone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been a loyal customer of this stall for more than a decade, and they have never disappointed. Their nasi lemak has remained consistently excellent over the years—rich in flavour, well-balanced, and always satisfying. I’ve also engaged their catering services multiple times, and the experience has been outstanding every single time. Their prices are reasonable, portions are generous, and the quality of the food is superb. My go-to dishes—Ayam Masak Merah, Sambal Goreng Pengantin, Rendang Daging, and Sambal Udang—are absolutely delicious and always a hit with my guests. Many of my guests have given compliments and praised the food, which truly reflects their consistency and quality. I would also like to specially commend Farhan, who is always approachable, helpful, and consistently goes the extra mile to assist me whenever I place catering orders. His professionalism and dedication truly make a difference. On top of that, the overall service is exceptional. The stall staff and catering team are friendly, responsive, and reliable, making every experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended for both daily meals and catering. Truly deserving of a 5-star rating!
