Thank you Lay Yen for the excellent customer service! I've always known her by her Chinese name. Not sure of her English name..but she has always been very helpful in recommending the type of cakes and breads for my friends and she is always fun and friendly.

Was served by a extremely rude lady at this Serangoon Gardens bakery. When arrived there and want take order, must say so “WHAT” harshly??? After take order, can say these kind of words “yah lah wait lah, got one more order” Other customer come she also treat them very rude. Not happy dont work? What kind of atrocious behaviour is this? No basic customer service. People talk to you nicely, come on.

Rude lady who used dialect to criticise customer repeatedly, right in the face, thinking that customer couldnt understand what she was saying. Zero customer service, I would never visit this bakery again. I decided to proceed with current purchase because cashier lady was friendly.

Was served by a preposterous lady wearing spectacule. I made payment by giving her $50 and she told me why all the customers gave her $50. Excused me? how do I know other customers have also given her $50 and was wondering did she tell all the customers like what she told me off And also $50 is not money??? I only buy bread when Jasmine is around. PLEASE put Jasmine here so that I can eat Ben Baker bread anytime with a peace of mind. Thank you!

It is a small Bakery that is opened in serangoon cirus garden, it has many varieties of bread and baked goods. It even has Xue mei niang (snow skin mochi) which is a softer and lighter skin compared to Japanese mochi! Very sweet because of the cream and fruits filled inside. $4 Flavours - durian, peach and mango.
