Previously was Ayam Penyet President, before it always ever-changing from eatery to eatery. Chili was good, spicy but not yet the level I prefer it to be and had tastes in other similar places. Grilled duck in this preparation is definitely not my taste choice.

7/6, 2015hrs, brought my family, 6 of us. The rice is super cold!!!! The egg is super cold!!!! The coconut drink feels like it's poured fr a can drink, definitely. Not coming back ! Worst dining experience.

Tried it because of the “original and first” claim, but honestly it didn’t quite win me over. The food was decent and flavourful, and the chicken was tender. But the portions felt smaller than expected for the price, which made the meal less satisfying. The chilli was also much spicier than I personally enjoy, and it ended up overpowering the rest of the dish for me. With so many food options around NEX, I feel there are better-value and more balanced alternatives nearby. Glad I gave it a try, but it’s probably not somewhere I’d return to.

This is a place where the flavours are doing their job. Got the salted egg wayang chicken rice set (still unsure what the wayang part means) and the meat pieces are cooked and seasoned well. The sambal gives it a nice spicy kick too. My only suggestion is for the crispies to be placed in a small saucer or similar instead of a plastic ziplock bag. It gets fingers greasy.

Was surprised on the food quality difference compared to other outlet. Was told the chicken skin was still frozen and said can wait 30 mins, but it come out within 15 mins, the result is is terrible "folded" overly battered (1/5) chicken skin. The staff was friendly and accomodating when the tea was replaced to our order and the Empal come without Tahu and Tempeh. Empal was hard to chew, very salty and too dry (2/5). Bakwan Jagung (2/5) is another disappointment, where the corns you can count with your finger, and they subs prawn with mock crab stick. Soup buntut was ok (3.5/5).
