First time trying this outlet and it was pretty disappointing. The most basic thing to do for breads are to make sure they are toasted. All our breads in this meal wasn’t toasted at all and it’s not even busy period. Sourdough should always be toasted else it’s gonna be rubbery. Soup for soup spoon is pretty standard, always consistent quality but the food items just feels like 7-Eleven standard. Nice ambiance but food ruined it anyway

This an extension of the space they have at Punggol Waterfront. Still thto same good food, but being new and not having much patronage yet, they have not placed much staff there yet. I hope they do well...Good halal places with staying power is hard to come by. All day breakfast....Awesome.

I absolutely adore this place for so many reasons. At the top of my list is the ambience—the thoughtful décor and impeccable cleanliness create such a joyful dining experience. ☺️ There's something wonderfully elevated about enjoying a café setting that offers a healthy, well-balanced menu rather than just sugary treats. The prices are remarkably affordable given the quality and delicious flavors of their wholesome meals. The food itself is exceptional and unique. My personal favorite is the glass noodle salad—far from your typical salad, it's truly something special. And then there's the coffee! As a coffee enthusiast, quality matters deeply to me, and Anna's coffee surpasses anywhere else I've been. You can taste the premium beans from the very first sip. Last but certainly not least, the staff. I firmly believe that outstanding customer service is the best marketing any business can have. The team here is consistently polite, well-mannered, and greets every guest with genuine warmth and attentive service. Special thanks to Mr. Azril for always going the extra mile—his dedication truly stands out. The Punggol Coast outlet has completely won my heart. Its relaxing, cozy atmosphere combined with the warm hospitality of the entire team makes it a place you'll want to return to again and again. 👍🏻

We recently hosted our son’s first birthday here and honestly couldn’t have picked a better place. From the moment we started planning, the team made everything feel easy and well taken care of. The service was excellent throughout. The staff were attentive, friendly, and very accommodating, especially with a young child and a bigger group. They were always a step ahead, which made a huge difference and allowed us to just enjoy the celebration. The food was a real highlight. Everything was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and many of our guests were asking about the dishes. The atmosphere was just right for a cozy family celebration. It felt warm and welcoming, yet still special enough for an important milestone like a first birthday. It is a great option to consider if you are exploring venues with a similar level of quality and thoughtful food offerings. Overall, we are really grateful for the experience and the memories created. Would definitely recommend this place for a meal or to anyone planning a special occasion.

i really love eating at The Soup Spoon and often come by because the food is comforting and enjoyable. however today my friend ordered the doenjang jjigae, which I understand is a new item on the menu. we were a bit confused as it looked quite different from the photo shown. the soup also tasted very concentrated and it was really viscous (similar to pumpkin soup) , and the flavour was more like straight miso paste rather than the consistency and flavour profile we expected from a typical doenjang jjigae. the staff were all friendly and nice, we were just wondering if there might have been a mistake or some inconsistency in the SOP for this dish. love u soup spoon ❤️😋
