I feel that the service and food quality is dropping. I bought garlic bread before but the bread stinks and tasted weird. A few times, the teh o, also tasted weird, like as if you have kept that for days in fridge. The white rice also not fresh, looks yellowish. Nowadays ordering food is like risking my life.

If I could, I wouldn't even give this restaurant one star. I ordered the seafood fried rice, but the rice was only half-cooked. I politely informed the foreign supervisor about the issue. Instead of listening to my feedback, he insisted that the rice was properly cooked and accused me of lying. I was not asking for a replacement or compensation. I simply wanted to provide feedback. However, the supervisor started speaking in Malayalam to his management, falsely claiming that I was drunk and creating a disturbance. To make matters worse, he challenged me to call the police if I was unhappy. I did call the police. After they arrived, the supervisor apologized to me in front of the officers. My question is: if he was willing to apologize in the end, why was I treated so disrespectfully in the first place? This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures that customers are treated with respect.

Only if i have another option near my house, i wouldn’t go here for a late night meal. Disappointed with my $8.10 fried rice with barely have green vegetable in there. I wanted to avoid those frozen mixed vege turns up i only got the stem. Hope you guys can improve your food quality.

Ordered Nasi Goreng Kampung and Hot Milo extra sweet. Nasi Goreng Kampung was oily and rice not cooked properly. Milo was not sweet at all. Just kaw only. Called and informed them. Received a new set of Nasi Goreng Kampung but same thing. Used to enjoy the food at Al-Majlis. Very disappointed.
