Waited awhile and there was no one at the counter, the guy working here is also very rude sometimes. I really think this store needs more workers, if it wants to survive and maybe even be fair to the guy working here. He always looks so tired of his job and reluctant to work and I dont see anyone else aside from him working in this store. On a another day I ordered the same thing but there was no source provided, this is not what I payed for.

Long waiting time despite having no customers. Staff working with don’t care attitude approach, on phone with 0 interested. Went there a few times, always reply in a rude tone and even worse, threw the buzzer at me. Horrendous customer service, will never purchase from their halal western store ever again. Worse experience i’ve ever encountered in Singapore, why work if you are simply not interested?

Ordering from Abang Gemuk really feels like a lottery man. Except this time the jackpot is actually getting food I want to eat. You know I might as well start placing bets with my friends "Do you think they'd have carbonara today? Or will they say dont have?" I truly love the suspense, better than Netflix. Also can I ask? How can a western stall run out of cream ah? It's like a chicken rice stall saying they ran out of rice I truly dont understand. And dont get me started on the closing time. Google says they close at 10 but ive seen them close at 9 - 9:30pm... The true saving grace is how the food tastes. It tastes annoyingly good. I cant stop myself from going back as if it's a toxic relationship. I really hope you guys fix the issue because this stall has so much potential. Until then I might just keep rolling the Abang Gemuk Dice of Dissapointment.

Came 3.20pm, no one in que. Asked if can order, malay worker said rest time 30mins. Asked what time can order, 4pm. Perhaps can put any sign saying On break eventho it’s 3pm? Probably not good in calculations or have any relevant certs or know any form of mannerisms instilled at home. 😂
