I ordered both plain and butter plata, and luckily it wasn't crowded on a saturday morning. The plata were freshly made, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the fish curry was very thick, unlike the waterly curry at other restaurants. The staff were also very friendly and polite. I will definitely come again.

Indian muslim restaurant in boat quay. Can say healthier food choices. Dishes were not too oily. Signature dishes are Briyani.

Sat down to order parotta & half chicken curry. The waiter conveyed that half is not available, which could have been made clear even in the menu. But, the chef told it in such a way to the waiter that was not polite. Made us leave the place. More than food, how you feel in a restaurant while about to have the food is important.

Ordered the 2 prata with half curry chicken set, which was shown on the breakfast menu at $5.30. Food was decent and freshly made. However when I made the payment, the lady cashier charged me $7.80, which was the full chicken set. I took the breakfast menu and argued that I ordered the half chicken set which was clearly stated on the menu. And she had the audacity to argue that there's no such item, pointed to another menu and said it has always been $7.80?! Then why display the $5.30 price on the menu in the first place. Doesn't matter if your food is good, when your business model is so deceptive and unethical.

I have been here two times for breakfast during my stay in Singapore. The food is great and freshly made. Both the pratha and dosai were tasty.
