First time here at this branch. Still ordered our favorite marbled beef with mango salad and Vietnamese coffee. I really like the coffee. It's a must try for me. On the other branches it was unavailable so it's my first time to try. Glad to see Filipinos serving. They are accommodating.

kids come here often as they like the pho. This time we ordered some other dishes. Generally all quite good, esp the beef vermicelli. Banh mi quite OK, maybe overly toasted a tad hard. Lemongrass curry was the surprise here curry really great kept warm goes well with warmly toasted bread.

Their environment is good but Their pho used to be nicer. This visit, some pho in the bowl not fully cooked and the beef are not soft. Service is terrible! The server simply don’t bother and give attitude. Avoid!!!!

Ordered the grilled lemongrass beef set and lemongrass drink. Sadly drink tested pretty diluted. I expected grilled beef but came stir-fried with different coloured peppers. Saving grace was it taste good. Definitely not grilled beef. Was disappointed

Nice dining area with nice deco and usually pretty crowded on weekends. Tried their beef and chicken set, not too bad.

We had dinner there last Saturday, managed to get a table easily as there was no Q. We had the promo meal and added more veggie rolls and Imperial rolls (?) and more drinks. I really liked the spicy beef Pho, very flavorful and the spiciness was just right. We enjoyed the food and the service was good too. The only thing that can be improved here is the printing of QR codes given to tables as it's not friendly to the environment. A feedback that I shared with the cashier when paying.

Landed up at this Vietnamese place for a quick lunch with my daughter. Just the two of us Been to other So Pho others but first time at Parkway Parade. Decent ambience, and was quiet around 2pm on a Sunday afternoon. Just 2-3 tables occupied. The service was very good. Staff were helpful and efficient. All the food we ordered was delicious... Definitely coming back again...for an un-pho-gettable experience 😜

Food was served very quickly. But it seems like they are short-staffed. The payment counter staff has to jump in for food service and ushering. Noodles this time now are slightly undercooked and have to be soaked in the broth slightly longer, but the plus side was that the broth was piping hot. Mixed platter appetiser would be slightly better if it came out earlier than the mains but cannot fault them as the spring rolls were freshly fried.

So Pho So Good. First let’s start with the user experience of ordering. The food is classified in a very unnatural way from so satisfying and so thirsty or something like that. Then you have to guess what’s in each category. It make choosing of food really hard with ref to the hard copy menu and the app for ordering. Next, let’s dig into the food. The beef was thin but chewy. We took only 10% of it. The batter for the fried squid was thick and flat. There is hardly any crisp to it. The squid was stretch and fibrous. The spicy soup felt like Chili flavour over water - there was no depth to the soup base though. All in all, in think we came here because it wasn’t crowded. I guess we could have guessed why.

A decent place for a decent meal. Nothing amazing but still ok. Nice decor and the place has a relaxed vibe.

The food was quite bland unfortunately, but the decor is nice and the service very friendly. The chef recommended noodles in gravy in particular lacked all the flavour you'd expect from Vietnamese cuisine. The banh mi was better but the sauce was a bit odd, almost ketchup-y. Egg coffee was decent. There are many better Vietnamese options around Katong, so I can't really recommend this one. It's nice, though, that they cater well to vegetarians.
