Small shop located within Woodleigh Mall, decent tasting fried fritters. Price are reasonable.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE! Will never patronise this outlet again. At 1pm yesterday, your staff was busy chit-chatting with a customer for very long, and when it was supposed to be my turn, they mentioned that I was queueing at the wrong side. There was even a queue that formed behind me. I told your staff that I have been waiting for very long, and it took you forever to let your customers know. Following which, your staff ridiculously slammed the food on the table. Please. You are a service staff, firstly you're wrong not to do your job properly, and secondly you behave with awful attitude. I am a long time customer of Dough Culture, and perhaps it is a new outlet, your staff is obviously NOT trained to work! Kindly reflect upon your hiring and training process Dough Culture, anyone could have easily filmed the entire process and ruin your reputation.

Staff is slow. Hygiene can be improved. I.e. staff touch mop never wash hands, proceed to handle food, touch face. Food is ok

Bought tau sau from this branch yesterday. The tau sau was super watery unlike the one sold at Nex. I was q shocked when I saw it was so watery. Hopefully more consistent next time?

The products sold in this branch don't taste nice at all ,tau sau so watery like drinking soup (all pre pack in container) The butterfly, sweet potato,youtiao don't taste nice at all .Very bad experience at this branch. 😡 Waste my money .
