Extremely bad customer service. Asked for official receipt and was given a cardholder receipt. When I requested for the official receipt, the staff was reluctant to pass me the official receipt. She tear the official receipt and "put" in the bag. While doing that, she gave me a slant eye as if she ia ready to fight me anytime. First time patronising Pezzo and there wont be second time. Thanks.

It’s a Sunday tradition and Pezzo is our weekly pick. We requested for removal of mushroom and addition of veges and they were delivered on it as promised. Will eat again next Sunday 🤣 This is also one of the only places that offers pizza by the slice so that’s a plus and the slice is filling.

Ordered 8 pieces of wings and 4 pieces of drumlets and was told will charge the price of 12 pieces @ $10.90 at 4.43pm on Feb 3. During dining time, we found only 4 pieces of wings and 4 pieces of drumlets given and bills shown 8 pieces of wings => $9.80 and 4 pieces of drumlets => $4.90. Called the outlets but nobody pick up and left a messages still no reply.

Ordered their pizza on 03/07/21 evening and the staff offered to heat our pizzas up, knowing that the pizzas were too cooled haha. Service 👍 thank u so much! Rated 4 stars because without the 3 for 12 offer, I don't think I would have gotten the pizzas..

I tried durian pizza; it mixed with cheese so well, not too sweet and just slightly salty. I ordered pepperoni and veggie, which both tasted incredible that better than I except.

Bought pezzo for dinner via grab at jurong point and this was the standard I got. I did not request for extra crispy. I just threw away the entire pizza and ordered pizza hut instead.

Great place honestly the pizza is very good. I thought it was one of those overpriced pizza places that just luves off their brand name but plesently surpirised when it tasted good

ordered 6 slices of pizzas & a chicken lasagna... pizzas were fine as per usual. but the lasagna were too salty. is it normal? meant to be that salty? i have to add abit of hot water and re-steam to reduce the saltiness... a hassle. pls improve on the lasagna sauce. if it is meant to be this way i'm afraid no kids are recommended to consume the lasagna. it is really overpowering the whole dish.

There used to be a really nice lady at this outlet. The current younger lady is rude & not suited for service counter. I reckon I’m a regular and you’ve good pizzas but I’m gonna avoid pezzo till there’s better service staff… plentiful choices.

Very unsatisfactory service only due to cash payment? I really don't have any small cash money. If I have it, I will give it to you. but no need to give a face like that? I ordered 1 slice pezzo plus cheezy stick. after paying, she served another customer and I took the pezzo that she put aside. but when i get home i found cheezy steak not put in plastic, even pezzo box not closed well. Please, because I'm hungry, I'm buying food and I see this situation no mood to eat anymore. We have also been cashiers before. In that situation im really dnt have small changes if i have i will giving to you. please dont give a very unsatifactory service like that.
