See how dirty their oil they used for frying is!! Look at those black coloured bits. And I already removed some bigger black pieces before taking this photo. Dough Culture charged a premium for their product but delivered sub standard products to her consumers. Not patronising this brand anymore. Buyers beware.

Located near the entrance of Causeway Point, its a busy place during rush hours.Staffs are friendly. Prices are expensive on certain items which are cheaper in hawker stalls.

The cinnamon bites are out of this world! Fluffy, not too oily, right amount of sweetness. The you tiao rojak was also nicely crunchy though the sauce was more sour than I was expecting - still good. Can't comment on service since my husband queued for me.

thanks to the staff (especially the malay auntie) who told me there is a 20% discount when i buy 6 items. initially i only picked 5 (exclude the tau suan). so i chosed 1 more goreng pisang :) their tau suan was really gd, gd taste and the amount of you tiao slices was alot (unlike the pathetic qty i got from foodcourt which i could literally count with 6 fingers).

Totally unbelievable. I was there at 8pm on the 21/10 and 2 Indian staffs were at the counter ignoring my order and left me waiting while they were counting money. Seriously? Counting money at 8pm? Ok, so after waiting for five minutes, I was served by an auntie and I made my order. Wanted to go cashless but they said cash payment only?! But yet; there’s the NETs Machine and QR code to make cashless payments! This is totally ridiculous. Do better. It’s 2022, and no cashless payment? Lmao. I wonder what the NETS machine is for? Decoration?

I told I don’t need a carrier and the mak cik look angry at me. Not even smiling or greeting at the customer, even when you say thank you there’s no response from them. Very bad service! Not the first time experience this

ordered 3(1 goreng pisang, 1 banana ball, 1 green bean cake) items, auntie say order 4 can get 30c off. so i ordered 1 more(1 banana ball). initial cost was 1.60+1.10+0.5=3.2, after adding so called 1 more ball, they gave me another bag of 10 and charged me 6.4?

I thought the service at hillion mall was bad, this outlet at causeway point is worst. All staff are rude. Malay hijab lady was super rude, to my surprise, her face is on this review page, apparently. I’m wondering if the management even bothered to check on their quality control.
