Often see a queue for this stall and decided to give it a try. Ordered only the dessert. Tart was okay and the ice cream was pretty good. Overall it isn't too sweet but that's quite a bit of cream.

Take the purple or yellow MRT line to Harbourfront station. Vivocity is located right above of Harbourfront MRT station. Enter the shopping mall, travel to the 1st floor towards the end of the mall facing Sentosa and you will be able to locate Fruit Paradise on your right. Fruit Paradise is part of Japan Food Holdings and they are known for light and flavorful fruit tarts in the size of a cake. Most of their tarts or cakes go for about SGD10 a slice. You won't go wrong with their wide selection of fruit tarts but unfortunately I tried their range of cakes and was not the least impressed. The palate for their cakes are a little too light for my taste. Their cheesecake is fluffy and soft but just isn't cheesy enough, even their tiramisu cake brings across too little profile of coffee and cocoa. At the same price, I would just go for their fruit tarts. Drinks menu is quite limited and in my opinion, just isn't worth trying. During my visit, I observed their service crew compromised of young teens who seems to be inexperienced and isn't familiar with floor service. I hope the manager at this outlet will train their staff to provide a better experience for diners.

The tea image on the menu is so nice. but the actual product is pathetic and ugly. The banana on the cake has already turned black. When we were paying, my friend said Thank You to the cashier, she didn't even look at us and just turned her head away and walk off immediately after the payment is done.

Hi Fruit Paradise! Yesterday, three of us went to Jurong East Jem Fruit Paradise and ordered two fruit tarts and one salmon set. Total spending: $39.01. The salmon set comes with a drink. Lychee lemon comes with two straws, and we attempted to request one more. However, the staff's body language indicates that she is dissatisfied with our request, and she then completely ignores it. If, as a service line employee, you are unable to meet our request, simply inform us that you are unable to provide us with one more straw, and that two straws are the maximum. We have no objections. You should not simply ignore your customer and blackface. Furthermore, we overheard the black shirt staff discussing us behind us with the rest of the staff, including the kitchen staff. And we can hear them saying that we only ordered one set of salmon. All of these employees are also staring at us the entire time. This makes us very uncomfortable and upset. We've been to other Fruit Paradise locations in Singapore, and we love the Fruit Paradise fruit tart. It's delicious and looks nice. Other branch service is excellent, but not at Jem Branch.

Not sure what the servers are doing, standing around and chatting. Served our dessert before main, even though we marked on the menu to serve later, and I think I might have gotten 20-30g of meat in my meal.

Ordered beef kimchi udon and was not disappointed. The taste was something different and had a slight sour taste to the palette. The Berry Berry Tart was yummy. It had layers of chocolate and cream with berries on top. The ice cream was nice and creamy Service was good and attentive as well. Will love to go back again soon.

Visited a few times. The dining area is a little small and claustrophobic. Good selection of hot and cold drinks, cakes, and dishes. I am reviewing for the matcha and parfait. Both taste good, but the price is a little steep for its serving size. Service was efficient and fast most of the time we dined even when the place was packed with people. Wide selection of cakes. Tasted some, and I could say it wasn't sweet for most.

Good for dessert, large slice of tart with mango, added a scoop of vanilla ice cream. A parfait of matcha ice cream with lots of other ingredients, paired with a cup of latte. Just nice for a cold rainy day.

We was looking for dessert after our dinner and we arrive at the shop was 9.15pm & it closed at 10pm . So the front counter person (trust was the duty manager as he wear differently from other) told us to order before we seated and we are fine with it . So we ordered before we seated and he arrange us sit in front near to counter and it's too hot we request to change sit to behind they said no allow me cause they are closing but behind still a lot customer sitting and got 1 empty table at behind . Anyway he allowed us to move to the other table in front , which near to side of shopping walk way. Fruit Tart we ate , there's blueberry was rotten . Then about 9.30pm they start sweeping the floor , as of telling you eat faster . If he would tell us at the first , they are close then we will not done in . After we dine in the manager given us black face ... 🙄

Ordered 2 chicken udon set, one with Tom yam. Portion is small. Chicken meat tastes dry, doesn't taste like it is freshly prepared. First and last time to get their set meal. May just try their cakes next time.

I ordered the smoked duck miso with rice for the cha-nabe set ($16.90), which came with mash potato and pickled radish. I find that the mash potato is good and it has some corn in it. The cha-nabe is delicious. I ordered yuzu pearl blossom for the drink at no extra cost and it came in a pot. Love the fragrance of the tea.

Honestly, if there was a 0 star, I would have chosen it. Cake extremely sucks. Mushy crust and odd tasting (spoilt manner). Staff which was the cashier wearing black, male, tattoos on arm and a head of ugly long hair, was extremely RUDE. When asked for the date the cake was made, due to how “dead” it looks, his only reply was “today” with a black face. Hence, service deserves a 0.

FOOD: The cakes and tarts on display outside the shop were really enticing. I ordered the mango and strawberry tart. The potion was quite small. The cream filling inside the tart was tasty. However, the fruits on the tart lacked any flavour. The mangos and strawberries didn’t really taste like anything at all, there was no sweetness to it. The ice cream serving on the side was average as well. SERVICE: Fast and efficient service from the service crew. I got my order within 10 minutes of ordering. AMBIENCE: Nice and cosy. Tables are spaced apart wide enough for a comfortable dining experience. PRICE: Expensive. After taxes and service charge, I paid around $15 for one small tart. Not recommended. Personally, I cannot recommend this place as the tarts are expensive for its size. Furthermore, while it looks aesthetically pleasing, the taste disappoints.
