The first time I tried nene was years ago and I totally forgotten about it. Recently, I bought a few stuffs after watching too many videos of Tzuyang Mukbang and Blackpink's vlogs. My favourites are the soy ttekbokki (the spicy one is not for me even though is considered nice). I used to dnt like ttekbokki but this one changed my taste bud. Spam fries, crispy chicken skin, and chicken and chicken tenders (no sauce. I love the one without sauce). These are my go-to for korean fast food. These can last for 2 days and you heat it up in microwavey is so good

Wosrt service ever!! The food really to collect, but she told me not yet. And just left food there for nothing. Please train more your staff. She really need more training. Only 3 pieces of chicken waiting for half amd hour. Really worst!!

Their Cheese Pull Chicken Hotplate is really yummy. You could choose between wings / tenders / Other parts of the chicken for this item. The cheese is not bland or salty which makes it a good match with the fried chicken. It also comes with a drink a a choice of starter like kimchi or pickled radish.

the cashier was so rude and impatient, we couldn’t hear anything she was saying because she was so soft so when we asked her to repeat herself, she started showing attitude… when she asked us what starters we wanted and we asked her for our options (since it was our first time here), she started using her eyes to make signals to her friend to express annoyance and even rolled her eyes?? we just wanted to know what the options were and we even asked nicely… if she was annoyed she couldve at least talk behind our backs instead of in our faces right i cannot sia

i ordered the chicken wings for takeaway with soy sauce a few weeks ago but i barely received any sauce which was so weird.. overall, i still enjoyed the chicken! i will be coming back today so i will prob update this review edit : ordered the chicken tenders with soy sauce and indeed, the sauce is very very little. however the chicken skin is super duper good!!! highly recommend the chicken skin! 29/06/22: food was served cold today :/

Five stars for service. The Malay guy cashier was so nice and patient as I went through the menu. They could only take cash as all online payments were down, but he said he could prepare my order while I went to withdraw cash from the ATM. Wow. Foodwise, the Soy flavour is best. The Swicy was too sweet, not spicy and too goopy. Luckily I got a tub of Bling spicy sauce to dip in. It is also goopy but at least got spicy kick. Curly fries excellent. Also love the pickled radish and corn salad. The place has never been renovated since it began. It's a little stuffy now, and needs better ventilation.

The place is very limited and the aircond not functioning well. The nene double freaking hot is superrr good! My fav since 2020 .

It's not bad. Actually my rating is 3.5, but it might go up once I taste other stuff in thr menu. I quite like the corn salad side.

The shop is smokey and humid. Feels like eating at hawker. Air con wasn’t working well. Couldn’t wait inside for my take out. And when I got home I was shocked by my 3 pieces chicken! Paid for 3 pieces but got 2 normal pieces and 1 1/5 size! Feel so short changed!

If i could give this place 0* I would. Just kidding I would give this place negative stars. Food was horrible, looks way worse irl compared to the menu pictures. Food was literally home cooked maggie mee with uncooked cheese and the sausage tasted like bricks. Chicken was dryer than my DMs and was as big as my pinky… Chairs were very sticky and felt very disgusting, Place was extremely humid and hot and there was no aircon at all

Food is decent, I enjoyed the skewer in the picture. However the eatery is small and not ventilated. The staff were laughing hysterically loud and some weren’t wearing their masks in the kitchen. But the tipping point was the integrity of the workers. I asked them “In the Fried Tteokbokki & Chicken Sausage Skewer ($3.2), how many sticks are there?” The male cashier replied, “5.” To clarify, I asked “5 topping (Tteokbokki & Sausages) on 1 stick or 5 skewers?”. He firmly said “5 sticks”. Look at the picture. That’s 1 skewer. The 5 “sticks” he was referring to are those 5 toppings. Misunderstanding maybe? So I ordered again with a different cashier & asked the same questions on how many skewers/sticks were there. The female cashier replied similarly “There are 5 sticks”. Did the management tell the staff to lie when customers ask questions? Are you telling me these F&B workers cannot differentiate between a stick (skewer) and the sausage toppings, and so they can confidently mislead me? Please work on your service at least, since you cannot repair your aircon for over a year.

Not the worst but needed to ensure others are aware of the situation here. There is very little to NO aircon felt here and felt more like trapped air inside. With limited choices for my family, we dined in since kids wanted Korean. Let's dive in yeah. Atmosphere: We reached at 6.30pm, wandering around and finally found the place, surprised that it had a very small setting. Although small, usually we take it that it will have a special feel to it., but err, ok, should lower expectations. AC felt switched on at normal temperature as outside. Air smelled like trapped dank water. Placed looked run down after taking a seat. Kitchen was visible through a big window and we saw how the chicken was made. Service: Lady serving us could be site sup/mgr. She was seated in the corner with the laptop n came to us when we wanted to order. Didnt really have a lasting impression as her CS skills was so monotone,. We felt like we were not needed and felt she wanted us not in the outlet. Again, could be due to sick, worked too long or something. She definitely didn't embody someone who wanted to have anyone in the outlet. Kitchen staff prepared food openly by taking the sauce tray to the kitchen window. It was prepared very half-heartedly and sent out very slowly. It was also observed that gloves were not worn while holding on to the burger that I had ordered. Sighh.. Food hygiene Cert has guidelines to follow yeah.. Food: The egg ramen looked too soupy and didn't look impressive. Tasted more bland that what we remembered having at other outlets. The rest of the food was average, were just warm, although there wasn't much orders.. so another sigh . Nonetheless, our review today is not bring down, more to ensure either staff/outlet improves Cheers

Staffs were not helpful, unhappy to serve. And food was really bad. For that price, could have gotten better quantity and quality food elsewhere.

Food is nice but the downside is the restaurant is very small and pact. Worst of all is no air-con.

A pretty average Korean fried chicken. Definitely not better than KFC and Popeyes. Their fried chicken sizes were quite small (it looks big in the picture I attached but it is smaller than KFC & Popeyes YET more expensive), and their chicken breast was too tough. I feel that their 3-piece fried chicken meal shouldn't be like $15+, not worth

Shocked at the amount of Japchae for $6.90. And there’s no air con in this sweltering hot weather!
