This is not first time.... at raffles place outlet.. ordered teh cino and gave me big cup of coffee.. I did hear the cashier telling precisely what I ordered but I got just kopi not even Kopi cino..I felt I am getting cheated most of the time.. anything related to teh order I end up with normal coffee..it's annoying and don't have time to go back and return.. I did decided that time to open and check before I left from there but always took them for granted...so frustrated with this happening

Queued to order coffee on 26 Jan 2023 and was told by a lady staff that queue order is on another side. However, i did see customers ahead ordered drinks from her and she accepted their orders. No proper signage there and wasted my time queuing. The lady staff was quite rude as the customer infront of me who pointed to her the food he wanted and she took the food telling him loudly and sarcasticlly that "THIS IS RED BEAN THIS IS RED BEAN SO NEXT TIME MUST SAY THIS IS RED BEAN". However, i saw the displayed food picture stating that is hum chi peng so she cant expect customer to say what she expects to hear.

Located in raffless place, this shop has dedicated seat. Enough seat available during lunch time or peak hour. Queue move fast. Tried mie goreng, the noodle already cut into small pieces, taste normal. Drink was awesome. Staff taking order and serve food were fast. The cleaner just walk there and here might annoy the patron sometimes, they also dare to ask patron to throw food trash when patron reutrn tray. Amazing!

They have dedicated seating, which is a plus, and during lunchtime or peak hours, there are ample seats available. The queue moves quite swiftly. I ordered the mie goreng, which was served with the noodles already cut into small pieces. While it was decent, it had a fairly standard taste. However, what really stood out was the drink, which was absolutely delightful. The staff's efficiency was remarkable; they took orders and served food quickly. On the downside, the cleaner's constant movement around the seating area could be slightly bothersome at times. What surprised me the most was that they asked patrons to dispose of their food trash when returning the tray, it's definitely an unusual. However, it's worth a visit.

The cashier is friendly, the service is fast, and the food is good. I ordered the toast set for $5 & it’s just nice.

I think staff need to improve there behaviour If any items you are sold out you can tell people nicely. No need to show That kind of face I prefer management Need to see whats going on there
