Standard of the food here is surprisingly better than other So Pho outlets across the island. The Pho came with generous servings of meatballs, brisket and chunks of meat. Surprisingly, the rice was fragrant and “wok hei” can be tasted. The spring rolls were as crunchy as they seem from the attached photos, and the soft shell crab that came with the mango and papaya salad was well-fried and did not taste rancid. One small issue that arose during my visit was that the ice machine in the store was down and no desserts and cold drinks were available. The store allowed customers to purchase drinks from neighbouring stores to make up for that.

Food was good but the service was kinda messed up the day we were there. We had to wait more than an hour and followup multiple times to get our order. The staff collecting the orders seemed inexperienced but the manager was understanding and gave us a 10% discount on the bill and apologised for the delay.

Just to be clear. This review is only for So Pho in Jewel. The service here is horrendous. The employee stationed outside is so rude and doesn't speak in a way that is expected of the F&B service industry in Singapore. Its like we owed him money. Because my daughter loves So Pho, we decided to go to the outlet in Tampines Mall which has much better service. Please management of So Pho, do all other restaurants who are waiting for a space in Jewel a favour and just close that outlet if that is the kind of service standards that you are giving. What more to tourists coming into Singapore. Utter embarrassment of service standards. I've had only pleasant experiences from all your other outlets. From, loyal customer.

Nice Vietnam Halal food try. The fried rice very nice. The meat chewy n easy to chew. The noodle ( so pho ) only one type. Not so hot chillie. Nice soup. But. Abit expensive.

Service is terribly poor and food took forever to arrive. We ordered 2 meals and 2 drinks and one of us had to finish our meal before the drinks arrived. And to make things worse, we waited 30 mins before the 2nd meal arrived. Very bad experience…. Never coming back here for sure!

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience at this place as the service and food was way below expectations. They were severely understaffed which means it took a while to be seated, and to be served. My spicy beef pho was horrible as it had no beef favour and tasted very artificial; barely any fresh herbs as an accompaniment. However, their fried rice was surprisingly tasty and prepared well. They should call this place So Fried Rice instead of So Pho.

Fried rice with marbled beef was good, the beef was well-marinated and tender, egg fried rice has a very subtle and light flavor that didnt feel overwhelming and paired well with the beef. The chicken hotpot soup wasn’t as good. Overall, some hits and some misses.

Vegetarian options available! It was so hard to look for vegetarian menu that wasnt as crazy crowded on 1st and 15th. We tried the Vegetarian Fried Rice and Stir Fried Vegetarian Pho, the fried rice was wayyyy more flavourful than the pho. Pho tasted like pho mixed in soya sauce but must say the fried tofu on the side was yums. Also got the Beef Ball Pho is spicy broth, huge beef balls and generous. Broth wise was meh. Can eat here but so so only.

Reasonably quick service, with a nice view of the water run off spiralling down from the rain vortex in the levels above. We had the lemon grass chicken and sliced beef and beef balls pho. Pleasant experience overall and not too expensive.

Food was served quickly. Relatively affordable price point. Spicy pho noodles with beef was comforting. Vietnamese spring roll with soft shell crab - soft shell crab was great, but it tasted a bit bland.

Delicious pho and friendly service. Such a great spot for a casual Vietnamese meal. They’ve got awesome drinks as well, we enjoyed these coffees, especially the one with coffee jelly. So goood!

I had their summer rolls and prawn crackers, quite tasty and affordable. Not bad for a quick and light meal. Will come back for a soup next time and to try their Vietnamese drip coffee soon!

So Pho Singapore is known for its delicious Vietnamese cuisine, and my recent visit to the restaurant did not disappoint. I decided to try their Spicy & Sour Herbs Chicken Salad with Lettuce & Crackers, and it was a delightful culinary experience. The first bite was an explosion of flavors. The chicken was tender and succulent, with a perfect balance of spicy and sour notes. The herbs, including mint and coriander, added a refreshing herbaceous quality that complemented the other flavors. The spicy kick was invigorating without being overwhelming, and the sourness provided a delightful contrast. The crackers added a satisfying crunch to the dish, making every bite a textural delight.

The entire Jewel was jam packed yesterday. We got a table for the 3 of us after about 2 minutes of waiting. The restaurant was extremely busy and every table was occupied. We were surprised as the service and food quality wasn't compromised in any way. We have dined at most of your outlets but this is by far the best. Well what can I say about the location? Superb! Fantastic! Well done!

The service was excellent and Ms Syahidah was very attentive and did her work diligently resulting in The premium beef noodles soup served is right now the best! ive ever experienced. The sirloin was served just as i requested as i do not eat half cooked meats.. and lastly the diner was comfy clean.. overall a wonderful place that could even cater to large groups.

Placed an order in 202pm, and I'm still waiting for my noodles to arrive. It seems like there's simply no service at this outlet. Cannot recommend unless you're into the experience of not being served at all. I have finished my rice and still waiting.
