Poor Indian Food Representation in Foreign Land I had the worse Indian tea (just hot water for $S 2.3) of my life here. It spoiled my mood. This hotel is destroying the Indian cuisine image for sake of making money in a foreign land. This is my first & last visit. I suggest you travel to India & spend some time to taste food from various key Indian cites at least before you cook and serve Indian food.

Ordered Prawn Biryani and I was served rice with Prawn curry instead. The egg Biryani was served with rice and egg curry too. Butter chicken seemed more like Chicken tikka curry. All disasters in the name of taste and authenticity. I hope the restaurant hires a good chef, who understands the true recipe combining it with right flavors and taste.

Used to be regular here as I live in Tampines + Food (esp. Pratas) is tasty + Staff are friendly + Service is quick - This restaurant is expensive compared to other Indian food nearby (e.g., Ananda Bhavan & Anjappar) - Some of the hot drinks (esp. masala tea, ginger tea) are among the worst tasting ones! - Gets pretty busy on weekends

Had a bad experience. Takeaway order was not even being prepared at the pickup time, and wrong item was given. Staff at counter is extremely rude. Stop cheating and making excuses. Start to listen to customers instead of asking him/her to “Listen! Listen! Listen!”. Looking through the negative reviews from Google, I doubt if the shop really looks into the complaints on customer service and try to improve.

visited after a trip to CCP, with a friend to try dosai for the first time. the chutney and sambar were flavourful, and the dosai was oily and crisp. there was a generous portion of onions to enjoy too. however, it is a little pricey at about $4-5 per plate. we weren’t exactly ravenous, so it filled us up pretty nicely regardless. we’re also pretty sure one of our orders were messed up, we didn’t order onions for a dish, and it came with onions anyway. still, we’re willing to give them another chance, if only for more of the chutney. - a broke college kid

This is a South Indian restaurant majorly, does offer North Indian cuisine too. I find this restaurant OK, can do a lot better Note: the portion size is usually bigger than usual restaurants hence keep it in mind while making orders. We had to parcel the left over food.
