As a concept it's certainly a great idea if they could match it up with great food and service. Food was just about ok. Ambience nothing much to rave about. The Spicy Pho on the menu is very lightly spicy. Food was delivered quick despite running at capacity. The Pho broth though was just mediocre and not flavorful. Will have to look for a better place to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine. Beef slices were thin and tender, beef balls were springy. The Vietnamese drip coffee was good but still lacked the oomph factor. The staff at the entrance came across as plain unfriendly though I must add he did assist us. Menu is pretty decent and everyone should be able to find something here. Will i return ? Possibly not.

So Pho is a place I frequent because of the high quality marbled sirloin beef and the drip coffee. The marbled sirloin beef is smooth and tender. The soup (without spicy) is sweet and tasty. I tried the spicy soup base which is not bad but I think I prefer the original one. The chili padi given in the saucer is very spicy for those who likes it hot. Lime is easy to squeeze and adds flavor to the soup. The coffee is thick and very very sweet. The moment you drink it, you will be awake. It's therapeutic to watch the drip coffee drip. I like the comfortable seats and overall vibes. Toilet is just located beside So Pho which is very convenient. #ILoveSoPho

Another disappointing visit. service staff in red are not engaging. There is only 1 piece of fried spring roll, the beef quantity is fine. But they add a fried egg on top that totally spoilt the taste of the dry noodle. They don’t have the Normal Sauce for the dry noodle except of the sauce taste mainly like Thai Sweet chili, awful and not authentic. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

1st time tried this So Pho. Portion still can do although not comparable to Vietnam portion. Soup base not that oily yet still can see some oil floating. Spring roll skin is very thick and very sticky. Should have a thinner skin.

The restaurant decorations is good, it got a clean environment with good vibes. The staff is very friendly too. The food is quite good. I have tried the beef noodles, the beef is tender and it tastes good 👍🏻 I personally like the drip coffee too.

Love the pho. They only have beef pho now. (The beef balls are qq and 😋)Used to have chicken as well. The broth is light but flavorful. Love the smell of lemongrass. Make the food full of zest. The spring rolls and chicken balls (fried) are however only so so. The prawn cane is well seasoned as well. Recommended food joint.

Had the usual Pho noodles which was perfect as always. What caught me by surprise is this Banana Black Glutinous Rice served with vanilla ice-cream which I believe is a new dessert on So Pho menu. I’m not a fan of black glutinous rice aka pulut hitam but I’ve become a “convert” thanks to this fusion dessert. The sliced bananas were caramelised with brown sugar, creating that crunchy effect when I bite into it, stick on top of soft but yet not mushy perfectly cooked pulut hitam that was layered with fragrant coconut milk and mint leaves. When eaten with the vanilla ice-cream, it left a heavenly delicious fusion effect! You’ve got to eat this to experience the yummliciouness!! 😋

Worst viet restaurant, trust me. Rigid service and super lousy food. I ordered for the fried spring roll and it came with the plain ones. They claimed I ordered the wrong ones . Request to change but they refuse and no explanation. It’s my words against theirs. Service is cold and unfriendly. Soup noodle is just salt and hot water, tasteless. Basil leaves just 3 leaves and few strands of taugay. Meatball is hard and not fresh. Can tell that they just heat it up in the microwave oven. The spring roll skin is hard and rubbery. Chicken meat in the chicken soup is tough and rubbery. Lemon grass drink tasted like sugar water and nothing else. No presentation too. Look at my pictures. Not exaggerating but nothing is good here. It’s really the worst restaurant I visited in Singapore. I go to Vietnam often and this restaurant is a big disgrace to Viet food.

Bad service of the staff. We wanted to change table as another group of colleague joining, the front staff said we couldn’t move because order been made (number is not on a table though can be moved and extra tables are available + no queue outside). Next after ordered online, and requested to pay at the counter, she handed the paper receipt and without nice gesture said “this order pay first”. This is unacceptable for the restaurant. Previously ate here but treated better, this caused an eerie feeling to come back to this outlet! Better train your staffs basic service measurements. No complaints of food.

Lovely, easy on pocket and yummy food. If you don't want to feel bloated, their appetiser platter is good enough for you. Their main course fried rice was tasty here. Have to explore rest of the menu yet.

Honestly I tried this "So Pho" for several times at the Changi branch. But I really disappointed their service in Novena Square branch. That day I ordered take away for "Spicy & Sour Herbs Chicken Salad with Lettuce & Crackers". But they prepared totally different. Not spicy and sour at all. How come!!
