Very tasty food! The dumplings are a must-get. The beef slices, noodles and broth are nice on a cold day. Drinks are served in a cute ziploc that you can reseal and bring back if you can't finish. You can pick the type of noodles - I picked thin but I think next time I would try another. Also for some reason there are a lot of staff although everything from ordering (at machine) to collecting (self collect at counter) is self-service. Maybe can cut the staff and lower the prices would be even more worth it :)

Beef noodle texture is good, the soup is clean and delicious. Slight disappointment with the tomato braised beef brisket because it is not warm when served.

Overall taste is good.. the la zi chicken very nice I like.. almost self service therefore.. therfore no service charges.. the spicy chicken is cold dish actually.. the egg is good.. is tang xin egg.. the Dumpling is a must really nice..

Noodles and soup base are very good. Not MSG laden. Tried their mala chicken pot. Scary portion, can feed 3! Definitely value for money. The mala is also not stingy hot, can't wait to try other dishes next time.

A nice restaurant tucked inside the Our Tampines Hub. It was a busy Sunday but the food was served relatively fast. Ordered a double-cooked marinated beef slices set with rice, a milk tea drink and a seaweed salad. Also ordered a bowl of stir-fried cabbage. The beef portion was huge, well marinated and tender. The cabbage - an equally generous portion - infused very well with dry garlic. The beef slices cost Sgd13.80 and cabbage Sgd3.50. Both before GST. It was a satisfying meal.

Food: My family eats here often. We have tried all the food here, and love every single dish. Service: The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere: Very clean and spacious. (Note: Better than the Singpost Centre branch in terms of food, and atmosphere.)

All good. Nice food and staff. You may want to check all your orders are in because the crew might have accidentally missed them out. Drinks will not be served so you need to go to the drink counter to collect.

We ordered spicy chicken popcorn and butter chicken. Slightly disappointed with the popcorn as it wasnt crunchy although LOVED the butter chicken, dumpling soup and the passion fruit tea! Great food, good ambience and attending staff.

Ordered and paid at Kiosk. Didn't see a cashier. Works for us but think they will miss those who only pay cash. Satisfied with the quality of food - noodles are really smooth. Chicken in the Classic Minced Chicken Noodle taste is soo good! The Signature Beef La Mian is a little disappointing in the portion. The slices of beef were thin and small. The Fagrant Hotpot Chicken Set rice is really worth it with generous pieces of tender chicken (no fats, no skin) and vegetables. Highly recommended and will come back again!

Ordered Lanzhou fried la mian with tofu salad and passion fruit tea. 👍🏼👍🏼 We also had honey glazed chicken with sweet potato spring rolls. The glazing was very very very thick. Chewy. Spring rolls did not taste like sweet potato and the sauce disturbed the palate. Place could use with stronger air vents for the smoke from the cooking.

Dear sir Hello, I am a customer. I went to your store for dinner with my friends last week. Your waiter had a very unfriendly tone and criticized the customers. This happened more than once. The store manager did not dare to speak when her saw it. My kids 、my friends and I love eating the noodles in your store, but her attitude is really bad. I hope we can improve the service quality instead of blaming customers. Last week, I arrived at the store first. I saw an empty seat and sat down directly. As a result, I was chased away by your clerk. She said, "You didn't know you had to queue up." But there were people outside ordering food and no one was queue there. While we were queuing, her tone was very unfriendly, so I got up and took my children to stand outside. I asked where to queue, and she replied loudly, just stand here. She didn't see that others ordered first when they had a seat. There was no sign outside telling me this. At this time, my friend also arrived and asked why there were so many seats inside. The waiter replied, this is not a coffee shop. You don’t know how to queue. Why are you so troublesome? So we asked for the store manager, who quickly arranged a seat. I think as a service industry, you should try your best to serve customers instead of blaming them. I asked the store manager for the name of the waiter with a bad attitude. Her name was MS MAY. , she works in the store at Our Tampines hub level 1. I hope the company can improve your service quality.

Hi management of Nuodle, I visited the Tampines hub outlet on 19th November 2023. My wife previously signed up for the nuodle membership and used up 1 main and 1 drink in her last visit to Nuodle. We then proceeded to ask for more information at the counter on the balance of the vouchers available. The staff then told us we had 1 more main and 4 more drinks available. And proceeds to ask us what drinks we would like to have. We then placed an order for a milk tea. Then we wanted to place an order for the mains, however, the staff then told us that we could only redeem 1 item (be it drinks or mains) per visit. We were shocked and asked if we could change the redemption of changing the drink to a main but the Nuodle staff rejected us because she already redeemed the drink. Could you explain how is this kind of service right? We left immediately after knowing that she had scammed us of our order. I took a photo of the staff but she immediately went to put on her mask. Nuodle please I hope you could do something about this.

First time trying this la mien. Too much noodles in a regular bowl, the soup base was okay but also tasted pretty salty, and obviously not beef soup base even though it is beef la mian. Everything is mostly self-served, no customer service, no cashier seen at the counter or or any waiter showing you where your seat is.

Average food at average price. Although the portion is not bad but rather plain. Hope they can make some improvement. The whole place is quite empty on Saturday dinner
