For noodle lovers, definitely a value for money place to satisfy your taste buds. Nuodle has a well crafted and creative menu to combine local flavors and traditional Chinese street food. The Fried Bee Tai Mak and Sour Soup Dumplings is a must try!

Self-service restaurant with good support at the kiosk (no service fee). Broth is excellent, noodle abit soft for my liking (not the typical Chinese noodle) and beef is ok. Quantity is enough for small eater.

Food and service are good. Use a kiosk (comes with different languages and cashless payment) to order your food. Food is decent too. Worth the try.

Had lunch today as is their opening. Ordered the beef noodle set. Disappointed. Soup is bland, beef is tough.... noodle is like those found in food court. Nothing special, similar to all shopping centre food outlets, supplied and cooked in central kitchen and warmed up in the outlet. Overrated with all the 5 stars.

Seems like this outlet different from some other outlet, only sell noodles. Now with cook food. But taste was still consider good. Variety lesser. Service was fast and good environment very quiet. Maybe I am here in a weekend. So empty.

The highlight of my disappointment was the signature beef noodle, which left me questioning whether this dish was meant to be a culinary delight or a subpar imitation. The beef noodles lacked the rich and flavorful taste that one would expect from a signature dish. The beef was tough and lacked the tenderness that makes a good beef noodle memorable. The broth, often the soul of such a dish, fell short of expectations. It was underwhelming and lacked the depth of flavour characterising a genuinely exceptional beef noodle soup. One redeeming aspect was the accompanying option of oyster mushrooms. These provided a pleasant contrast to the disappointing beef, offering a unique texture and flavour that hinted at what could have been a more enjoyable dining experience. To add to the letdown, the drinks were a major disappointment. The beverages were so watered down that I wondered whether plain water would have been a better choice. A well-crafted drink often complements a good meal, but in this case, it only further diminishes the overall dining experience.

The Classic Minced Chicken Noodle Set with tea egg (S$14.95) at Núodle 牛一嘴 @ ESR BizPark Changi. This has always been our “go-to” place whenever my colleagues and I need a quick fix on authentic lanzhou halal food. The set comes with a cold dish and a choice of drink or dumpling soup 🥟. I always opt for the 2-piece chicken dumpling soup as you can see from the photo that the soup base is thick. I love the savoury soup 🤤 It’s a pity that the tea egg tasted like normal hard boil egg though. On a side note, the staff at this outlet are very friendly and helpful. 🙂

The menu kiosk didn’t give us a receipt after placing an order but they took care of us after we showed them our bank transaction for the order. They even gave us a free bowl of noodles and a drink for compensation. Super responsible staff. MUST TRY THEIR NOODLES!!! So good!
