I've never had Mee Siam before and it tasted awful. The taste is very sweet and complex and weird. Would not recommend anyone to try this dish. However, the roasted chicken noodles came out good.

The food quality is very poor but no options at T4 so just had a quick bite! Had the laksa, gravy is sweet instead of the spicy type, perhaps other food would be nicer, chee cheong fun was so so, only the drinks are passable.

I think the only place you can get for vegetarian (not strict) dish in the public dining area of Terminal 4. The mee Siam.

Omg did not expect T4 had this halal eatery place. The mee rebus was awesome , thick and savoury gravy with a mild spicy after taste to it. The chicken noodle on the other side is also very fragrant, come with a good amount of grilled chicken toppings. Definitely will come back to eat again if we happen to be at T4 😁

We ordered siam noodles with beef brisket tendon, singapore laksa and kaya toast. The Siamese noodles have a fresh sour gravy with chewy textured noodles. The beef, tendon and brisket are tender and perfectly cooked. The Singapore laksa has a gravy with a strong curry flavour, but unfortunately the sweetness is also quite strong so it doesn't quite match the general laksa taste. While kaya toast Just like the standard taste.

Good value for money and offers options beyond the norm.such as chicken laksa and drumstick mee rebus. I ordered the chicken laksa and was impressed by the portion. But what pleased me more was that it was tasty and favourful. Nice!

my wife and i ordered mee rebus, mee siam and their beef deluxe rice along side with 2 ice thai milk tea (was charged 40cents more when they were suppose to be charged as a set snd not alacart) Honestly food was pretty much okay but their meesiam was quite watery. drank halfway and saw a already dead fly stuck onto the ice which i presume already flew dead into the jug where they pre pour and leave it in the open. also, their service and cleanliness of the place is horribly slow and dirty.

Bought MS1 mie siam tangy. No taste like plain porridge. Boiled egg still has the shell. The soup gravy no different than hot water and chili oil. Overprice and doesn't worth with money. There are plenty choice nearby with top up a bit.

Super super salty bowl of noodles. Meat was eh. Food looks and tastes precooked. Really nice drinks, freshly made.

Had Singapore laksa. Had fried soft tofu, fish cake and boiled egg. Sambal added as well. I enjoyed it. Together with teh-c, enjoyed my meal.

HALAL- CERTIFIED. Food was alright. Staffs are fast but their customer service may seems a bit stiff. Not being rude but no genuinity either. Probably understaffed 😔. Again, any service at the airport is the first impression to our country

Didn’t expect an affordable eatery like this at the airport. Good place to enjoy Singaporean foods - especially Laksa and Kaya, while waiting for your flight.

Fast and good friendly service staff. Mee rebus gravy is delicious, beef boat noodle soup was average and laksa soup was not too great.

Ma Mum located at Change Airport Terminal 4 is a cafe serving Asian-style noodles. Their menu consists of curry laksa, Mee rebus, fried noodles, rice with stir-fried dishes, etc. The curry laksa & Mee rebus were below average in taste and they were served using spaghetti-like texture noodles. Please avoid this place whenever possible because the noodles did not taste close to how they should taste.

Visited the café today, and I was greeted with warmth and kindness. The friendly aunty whipped up a fantastic Teh C siew dai, and the male associate at the cashier around 2:50 pm was incredibly welcoming. Their Mee Rebus is a taste of timeless comfort - absolutely delicious. It's clear to me that service with a smile is a choice, and the staff here choose to embrace it wholeheartedly. Well done to the entire team! I hope the manager of this outlet extends their praise publicly for the exceptional service provided.
