Try not to take away if possible. Food is nicer when you eat there. Pricing quite ex for a food place at a hospital (unless you are a staff/member). Service depends (but mainly cold). Atmosphere is alright.

Delicious... option N3 is the #1 choice... full of ingredients. The broth is tasty too... thanks for the nice food. Only suggestion is the meat if more tender will be good ya I will be back for more. Maintain the standard and keep up the good job!

28/7/23 @730pm I bring my kids to eat there, my kid accidently spilled the drink. There chinese lady (cashier) saw it and she said ' why u pour the drink , now i need to clean it ' With unhappy n black faces. She tink my kid purposely want to spilled the drink meh? We were halfway eating They keep rushing us 'We closed @8.. ' .. If u closing soon then dont take order already la..

Love it, perhaps I was really hungry. But wanted to go to triplet sandwich and salad bar but they were closed. Came here instead and it was worth it. Delicious beef soup with Brown rice. Friendly staff, helped me send the dish to my table as they saw I need a little bit of help. Will be back to try other dishes. But I really enjoyed the beef. They were well cooked and tender. Melts in the mount, moo moo!!

Had been avid supporter , but today the broth was dilute, barely taste anything except for raw chili taste. Opt for brisket add on, but it came normal portion. The broth today has a very strong rawness beef flavour. Unlike usually the fragrance and rich full bodied broth.

Fast service , taste not bad. And price wise moderate.. still acceptable But i wish there's ma mum to go. I really like the beef tendon dry noodles

Laksa too sweet, Chee cheong fan is tough, mee rebus too salty. The food in general is off balance in terms of flavours.

09 Nov 23, I was their first customer this morning when they opened for business. I felt good but the man at the cashier counter made my day and this will be my last visit to Ma Mum. Last week one of the afternoon I went there for toast set and asked if the soft boiled egg can be slightly more cooked which means soak it a bit longer. This man arranged it for me and I felt their service is good bcoz the other cafe at ground floor wouldn’t attend to such request. However today upon checking at the cashier the same man was so rude, no manners to the first customer who stepped in when there was no other customer. He said “eggs are only hard boiled or soft boiled, nothing else other than that” adding with his hands movements action. Without checking if I want to confirm my order he proceeded to get and cracked the two soft boiled eggs. I regretted that I didn’t walk out right away, with such attitude I got from him. He sounded so unpleasant, loud, no manners. I didn’t tell him last week they were willing to juz soaked the soft boiled eggs a bit longer for me as early morning I didn’t want to argue for that, but I realize the different standards and inconsistency in his customer service attitude. All depending on his mood I believe, not fit to do the job. As for the taste of the food, they are still far to compete with other similar outlets around the same area. No wonder I was the first and only customer, the other similar outlet nearby already quite a number of people queuing waiting for the stall to open.

I recently had my lunch at Ma Mum's after a recommendation from my friend. I was contemplating whether to go because I saw that the reviews were so low! Some were having food poisoning and some were complaining about the rude staff. So, I had the brilliant idea to just go for it and try it out I ordered the Beef Boat Noodle and Original Thai Iced Milk Tea. The food came out very fast which i was surprised. I added the chili flakes into my noodle which made it very flavorful and spicy 😈. I will probably have stomach ache later but it was worth it! Overall, the food and service was good. I would recommend these to my friends!

have always loved dining at ma mum and today i brought my friend along for the first time. very fast service and the food was nice as well. was surprised to see the many bad reviews against this place. i truly recommend this place!
