Nowadays its hard to find takoyaki around North Bridge Road but kucky I found this Friendly shop of takoyaki and the service is tip top . Thank you for the service and the takoyaki .

I couldn't eat the takoyaki right away, I ate them cold after I refregerated them and they still tasted so damn good. Only take-out. 100% recommend + Halal!

Date of visit: 27 Dec 2023 Decided to come back after some time and I find that there is nothing special about it unlike it used to be. The taste of the food began to be mediocre but decent. The filings of the takoyaki can be improved in terms of quantity. The premium takoyaki was not available although I visited during normal peak hours lunch time. You can give it a try.

The takoyaki were all sitting in the glass counter, at first I was hesitant to buy cos my overthinking started wondering how long since they were made. Since I was already there I thought I should just buy. And buy I did. It was a family favourite (sans the Dad cos he only eats healthy food). Not saying takoyaki is unhealthy but I suspect the sauce contains sugar and flavorings (eat in moderation, then its okay).

i've always been a fan of Yummy Takoyaki but it has been a few times this year I've went to bazaars to purchase Yummy Takoyaki but it does not taste quite the same as everything is not made on the spot anymore, it was all prepacked. :-(

Previous octopus tako was filled with the actually octopus but diced. Now it is filled with frozen squid that I can get at ntuc. I really loved the original before you guys changed… been eating since last time. Sad that the quality is not there anymore :(
