SUPER Slow service, food ordered at 640pm but came 825pm. The cheese fries taste like uncooked fries with the sauces. The chicken mushroom PESTO pasta taste like chicken mushroom BROWN sauce pasta. The food totally not worth the wait and the price. You have been warned.

Please hire someone with good attitude and willing to work. Your staff who take order/cashier given bad experience to the customer with her terrible attitude, sibeh dulan face that making me eating your food with fire! Although food taste not bad but I would triple consider if I would need to order food from her again.

Takeaway Tilapia aglio olio sambal sauce. Not only pasta had no sambal taste not even bit spicy very oily no garlic taste also. Worse thing is no taste at all which was disappointing. Need to improve their cooking.

Updates caa 24 Dec (after they renovated their signboards) Tenderfresh Chicken / Western Stall Inflation seemed to have hit tf hard cause their turkey bacon aglio olio has increased price from $4.50 to $6.90!!! That particular item is supposed to be more affordable to cater to NTUC members / the less privileged but I guess they can't possibly afford it now 😭 with the increase of $2.40 (more than 50% increase) LOL

The Happiness Set taste so~so, like spring chicken cut into small pieces. The roasted chicken is nice, the downside is too little chili sauce to dip. Will buy again.

Didnt realised the rating was so bad. I loved the chicken chop with BROWN sauce and ordered many times at least once a week via grab or by myself. Out of every ten times, they will give me black pepper sauce 3 times. Never failed to do that. Just ordered again and I went personally for takeaway. Repeat brown sauce few times. When ready I ask is this my brown sauce chicken chop, the girl say yes. I see they not so busy so think should be ok. Reach home open up is black pepper sauce again. Kudos to them. I shall order black pepper sauce next time and hopefully I can get brown sauce. Updated 27July. Again gave me black pepper sauce when I order brown sauce. Also the coleslaw is sour today. Spit it out.

The woman staff taking order (featured in photo) super smelly face, bad attitude. Price not cheap $15 but ok to pay for their yummy food. Saw other reviews commenting on the service too, pls make improvements tenderfresh

Ordered from Grabfood 1 whole chicken and it was the worst order ever. Quality of chicken is zero. Freshness is zero. So much for naming yourself Tender Fresh. Please reconsider your branding again. The chicken was not fresh at all and it taste so hard like the chicken was aged. Look at the texture of the drumstick. Looks more like duck. Never will I ever order/eat from this place. I will not recommend my friends here and will visit other stalls instead.

Very bad atitude. Gave the wrong order while charge the original order price. Wont buy from them again.
