Started off purchasing cookies at their booth at Suntec Convention Centre few years ago before finding out they actually have an outlet! Just had my recent purchase (not the first!) weeks ago, highly recommended for a sweet-tooth or chocolate lover! The staff were so lovely and nice, plus point! I hope the store and the people stay there for long period - forever!

Customer service at the cashier can be improved. I walked in on a weekend evening and was happy to see what was available but i was not met with a smile or greetings from the lady at the cashier, though place was empty at the time. It felt like i was not welcomed and she was staring at us throughout while we browsed. I bought something to try and even during payment she seemed very unfriendly. Shame as the bakery had some good bakes but we remember the negative experience at the store instead.

i think it goes without saying that if you are serving customers, you should at least be nice and tactful. i came in wanting to buy the croissant and my friend was deciding on their croffle because the menu was right there, and nowhere did it state that the croffle wasn’t available. when she tried to order, the lady just responded “no”. lmfao you could have at least said “sorry, our croffles aren’t available”. only when we waited there looking confused did the lady say that it wasn’t available. honestly it isn’t about the food not being available, the whole interaction was just so unpleasant. no one is saying you have to be the happiest or bubbliest person, but when customers are there, at least be nice. and i am very sure this is not the first time customers has feedback regarding the customer service lol.

Stumbled across this cute pastry spot while wandering down Haji Lane ✨ The Nutella Kinder Burno Cheesecake Jar priced at $10.90 was more on the buttery side than the usual cheesy vibe—but honestly, it was still such a treat. Definitely a sweet little find we enjoyed! 🍫🍰

Ordered their mango shortcake for my MIL's birthday celebration. I couldn't believe how soft the sponge was & how light & refreshing the cream & filling was. Really a scrumptious cake. Another go to bakery for birthday cakes.
