the guy who served me was super helpful as this was my first time, he picked me out his favourites and he picked well! got the mango habanero and korean bbq, the mango habanero was not as spicy as i thought it would be, but a good sweet and salty flavour profile, same with the korean. the parmesan fries were very yummy, ranch was prettt mid and love the refill cups

Genuinely one of the most disappointing fast food experiences I’ve had in Sydney. Wingstop Kings Cross had been on my radar for a while given the hype, but this visit put that to bed permanently. The space itself looks the part — sleek fitout, neon signage, big LED screens plastered with “Bring the Flavour.” The irony of that slogan was not lost on me by the end of the meal. We were waiting 10–15 minutes for our food despite the venue being virtually empty. Hard to explain, harder to justify at a fast food counter-service spot. Then the food arrived. The wings were genuinely unpleasant — poor quality chicken, bad aftertaste that lingered long after leaving, and I’ve been feeling off ever since eating. The boneless pieces looked decent enough on the tray but delivered nothing in terms of actual flavour. For a place that bills itself as a wing specialist, that’s a pretty damning result. Pricing is where the real gut punch hits though. A share meal clocking in at $36 — with no drinks included. That is an extraordinary amount to spend at a fast food chain for food that wouldn’t pass muster at a fraction of the price elsewhere. The Cajun fries were the one saving grace, and even then they’re a lesser version of what GYG serves. Same concept, worse execution, higher price tag. Massively overrated, overpriced, and left me feeling worse for the experience in more ways than one. Won’t be back.

I came from New Zealand since we don't have a wing stop here yet 😞 And boy did it not disappoint! After watching mukbangs online and craving something I couldn't get, I had to try it out during my holiday in Aussie. This was my first time trying wingstop and it was definitely a memorable moment. The tenders were so crispy and hot, went so well with the ranch. But the best thing on the menu here is the voodoo fries. Nowhere has ever done a loaded fries as perfectly as this place has. When I came it was pretty busy but the staff moved quickly and efficiently, we got our order in no time despite the small rush. Will definitely be back again!!

Pretty good. Still a fast food venue but good quality. We got six boneless wings (three cajun, the parmesan and garlic. The were all very small. The chipies were lovely. Great veiws of the cross.

We recently checked out Wingstop in Kings Cross, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The place has a great, high-energy vibe, though it can get incredibly busy, so be prepared for a bit of a wait during peak hours. The food itself was fantastic. We ordered a mix of wings, and they were fried to absolute perfection—incredibly crispy on the outside while remaining tender and juicy on the inside. The flavor options are a huge plus. The Louisiana Rub had an amazing savory crunch, and the Mango Habenero provided the perfect balance of sweet and fiery heat. The voodoo fries were also a great, decadent side to pair with the meal. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the dining area can feel a bit chaotic and cramped when it's packed, and the wait times for the food can stretch out during rush periods. However, the staff were doing a great job handling the crowd and stayed friendly throughout. If you are a fan of properly executed wings with bold, uncompromised flavors, this Kings Cross location is a solid choice. We will definitely be back to conquer the rest of the menu!
