I placed an order for shawarma. In general, I usually buy there once a month and I think the food is great. I am always attended by a very kind man. Now I ordered online to pick up and there was a not so helpful lady. I ordered sauce on my order and a little hot sauce is fine but she filled almost all my rice with sauce. I also put in my order that I wanted garlic sauce and tahini and he only put one. He didn't even ask me if my order was okay. Since when I arrived I wasn't ready. So you should check well before placing the order. He didn't even allow me to talk so I couldn't do anything. I repeat this place is great but this experience was not very good

I am truly amazed by Villa Medina! The service is always excellent the food is delicious and the portion sizes are fantastic!! The owner is one of the loveliest people I’ve met! I could not recommend this place enough!

Honestly one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. The staff barely listened to the order, and the service felt careless and unprofessional. I decided to try this place for the first time because the food looked great in the pictures, but what I received was completely different. The shawarma was disappointing, poorly prepared, and did not taste good at all. If you advertise quality food, at least make sure customers actually receive it. Definitely not worth the money.

Very disappointing experience. The staff did not listen properly to the order, and the customer service was poor from start to finish. I tried this place for the first time expecting good quality food based on what was shown, but the actual food looked and tasted completely different. Unfortunately, the shawarma was not fresh or enjoyable at all. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this place based on my visit.
