I’m not sure why it has so many bad reviews but I have had this place 3 times in 3 weeks and it’s been perfect every single time

I used to visit this place frequently and genuinely enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, I recently broke my right foot and, having carelessly failed to employ a private chauffeur to collect my takeout, I subscribed to Uber Eats. I ordered a chicken shawarma salad with added falafel and paid for extra chicken, plus a beef shawarma salad with extra potatoes. What arrived was two falafels instead of three and a chicken shawarma salad featuring an exciting game of “Find the Chicken.” I understand that Uber takes a commission and the restaurant earns less than it does from walk-in customers. That is precisely why I paid for extra meat—naively expecting to receive at least the equivalent of a regular portion. Instead, I paid extra and received less. Apparently, “extra chicken” means the chicken receives extra time off. Unless the restaurant can demonstrate that the portions were correct—perhaps with time-stamped photos showing the complete contents of my order—this was my final order from them. It is unfortunate, because I enjoyed supporting this business in person. Evidently, customers ordering through Uber Eats are served a different standard: higher prices, smaller portions, and a complimentary lesson in lowered expectations. Or maybe Uber diver ate missing stuff?

I had a chicken shawarma plate with a little bit of potatoes, garlic sauce and their hot sauce. Tabuli, onions and a little bit of garden salad. Ginger Ale on the side. I enjoyed every bite and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend that exact combination of items if you want to indulge your senses into the fusion Mediterranean cuisine evolved into the middle eastern master piece. I love this shawarma.

Ordered two shawarma wraps. Both wraps had something resembling sand in them, making them uncomfortable to eat. We isolated the parsley topping.ad the culprit. I went to report it to the people working there, so they could remedy the situation for future customers. I would have expected them to at least try the parsley to see for themselves, especially after being told, "we'll look into it". Instead they left the parsley as is and proceeded to look at their phones. $30 in wraps, virtually inedible.

I wanted to leave a review and was shocked to see this location only has 3 stars. Twice I've had the chicken shawarma plate with potatoes and tabouli and twice it was delicious. Came out to about 18$ with tax, but we are in a food court and the food hit so I can't complain. Service was quick and it's become my go-to for the mall food court.
