We visited the Outlet mall on a week day. I was very hungry after long walk around the stores and wanted to grab a bite before hitting the road back home. I was checking in the food court. There were other food stalls but i wanted something warm and not pre made. I ordered a Falafel wrap with all condiments. i was surprised after i took it. The falafel was not hot. It was at room temperature. Then the condiments, the quantity was not good. I had to ask for some more. Then the toast. They toasted maybe for 10-15 seconds. that is it. Too bad they dont have atleast 2 toasters to handle lunch hour. I got a cool wrap with cool Falafel and soggy condiments. Very poor.

Very disappointing experience. Visited at 7:00 p.m. on a weekday, and it felt like they were already closing. The toppings looked dried out, and the meat portion in my $13 wrap was very small. The staff could be more welcoming—a simple smile goes a long way. I won’t be coming back.

I ordered the shawarma plate, and it doesn't resemble a shawarma plate at all. The lettuce was not fresh, and the hummus tasted sour instead of fresh. The chicken was just a small amount with a very strange seasoning that didn't taste like authentic shawarma. They also filled the plate with fries to make it look bigger instead of serving a proper amount of shawarma. Overall, this dish does not resemble shawarma in any way. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend it.

One of the worst customer service and quantity is really less , it this not how it should be. I requested to make it fresh but she refused to make it fresh, after asking 2-3 times she made it but look at the quantity
