I had to wait in the queue for approximately 15–20 minutes before I was given a seat. Since I was dining alone, I was seated facing the wall, which was quite uncomfortable and not a pleasant dining experience. Once seated, I received the QR code, placed my order, and waited another 20–25 minutes for the food to arrive. I ordered the Lemongrass Prawn Fried Rice and Fresh Spring Rolls. The Lemongrass Prawn Fried Rice was quite sweet, which I personally did not enjoy. Almost half of the plate consisted of vegetables, while there were only two pieces of prawns. Overall, I found the dish disappointing and would not recommend it. The Fresh Spring Rolls were slightly better, but the outer rice paper was quite chewy and difficult to eat. Overall, I would rate them 3/10. Unfortunately, the overall dining experience was not very satisfying, considering the waiting time, uncomfortable seating, and quality of the food.

The experience I had here is absolutely terrible. My boyfriend’s food was already served after 15mins and I had to wait for another 30mins plus just for my curry chicken vermicelli to arrive. When it’s served to me, the food was not even hot. It’s so obvious that they forgot about my food and no apology was given. Not only that, the vermicelli noodles was all clumped up together when it shouldn’t have been. It’s not supposed to he in this clumpy texture. When the waitress was serving the food, she didn’t even place the food on my table but at the corner of it. Attitude is freaking trash. They are the one at fault and yet still gave us attitude. What’s even more worse is the veggie had insect on it. I really am very disappointed by this restaurant’s service and food quality.

Our family of 4 came here for dinner on our daughter's recommendation. We each had our own Phos and some appetizers for sharing. We were greeted and served by Xuen, Lince and Azline who all did a great job. They are also friendly. Lastly, after learning that we are celebrating my birthday, they surprised us with not just one dessert, but two! Wow!!! It was unexpected hence so special. Thank u so much!! We will definitely patronise Viet Smith in future.

The food was absolutely delicious and came out very quickly, which made the whole dining experience smooth and enjoyable. A special shoutout to Lince, our waitress — she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. I really appreciated her initiative, like bringing extra bowls when serving dishes with soup without us even asking. That kind of thoughtful service makes a big difference.
