The Coffee Bore

Used to love their coffee and service but the quality has degraded severely over the years. The constant change of service staff, the random break timings and them not honouring the loyalty programme are the last straws. I take my morning coffee very seriously but I would rather drink Luckin than give my money to Tanamer again. Edited after Tanamera’s reply to my review: They claim that the loyalty programme has only been on for 2 months which is not true. I have held the loyalty card in the past as well. In fact the card given to me had 31st December 2025 mentioned as the expiry date which the staff there assured me is just because of incorrect printing. And the staff I met with today told me that the loyalty card is only valid for a month. I appreciate the work you are doing to manage the customer reviews but I don’t appreciate the lies. If the staff gave me incorrect information then admit to that and move on.

Absolutely loved it! Service was excellent by azhar & asri, coffee was perfect, and the design is beautiful. Everything was done perfectly. I’m so in love with it 💛 pastry was nice try it out...

Had a nice afternoon cuppa after a meeting. Great place to chat over a nice coffee.

Definitely doesnt open at 7.30am on a Tuesday even though their website and Maps listing shows so. Even at 8am, the barista staff had just come in. So realistically, first coffee order should be around 8.30am. Maybe update the hours to show realistically when we can expect you to be open?

This Tanamera outlet in the bustling CBD area offers a refreshing respite during lunch hours, with fewer people compared to other locations. The coffee here is much better from the other Tanamera outlets in the Raffles Place area. The flat white is served hot, not lukewarm, which is a delightful change. The coffee is robust and well-made. The cup size is also great for the price. In conclusion, this Tanamera outlet is a must-visit for good coffee in the area.
