Rich coconut taste vegetable. Crispy ikan bilis, Huge Drumstick rendang sedap. Very affordable $5.50 If the patai is more, and more tasty, i would have rated it 5 stars

Food wasn't fantastic but slightly on high price side with gado gado over $4. The serving was small and taste wise not as good comparing them with Changi village hawker. Trust me, try others if u got choices.

That Waterloo Street Indian rojak sign is misleading. The rojak taste nothing like the best rojak in town that made Waterloo St famous in the olden days. The present stall at Bugis served stale ingredients with rather watery gravy. Thumbs down.

Ordered nasi Sambal Goreng and asked for more sambal after noticing that the sambal goreng dish was watery and not spicy. But the lady said that she can't give me more coz if not she won't have enough sambal. 😡 Yeah I'm sure giving me another table spoon of sambal will deprive 100 plates of nasi Sambal goreng of the sambal. 🙄 And for $5.50, it's definitely more expensive for this quality of food. I've tasted better and cheaper nasi Sambal Goreng elsewhere. But upon eating the food, I was glad she didn't give me more sambal as the sambal wasn't nice at all. The chicken was too dry and the sambal goreng dish was disappointing. Overall, food was not tasty and service was poor. Won't come again.

Had a meeting at Bencoolen so was walking around to get lunch and saw this small shop at the corner. Had to support the makcik. Tried her lemak Ayam and veggies. Find it nice and very affordable. Keep it going makcik!
