Didn't even know there was this yummy Malay nasi stall so near my home. Had to Google search when I was craving nasi lemak at 7 am. Located within the Foodgle coffee shop at 308C Punggol Walk (actually nearer punggol Way). Bought a pack of nasi lemak $4 n a pack of nasi Rawon $7 (latter only on Sat & Sun). The nasi lemak was average but my wife likes the basmati rice. The chicken wing was tasty and tender. Nasi Rawon is a totally different experience. It was really yummy, everything from the chilli (with just the right touch of sweetness) to the sambal cuttlefish (tender and not rubbery) & tasty bergedil. I found the tempeh a bit dry though. But the soup that came along with it was really nice. Looked spicy and dark but it's actually mild with a tinge of sweet. Went really went with the rice and sambal. I added a beef rendang to the Rawon and it was worth the $4 extra. Meat was tender and the taste was good. Will need to try the mee Soto, mee rebus n mee sotong another day. Do note they close 11 am or till sellout

Good food, reasonable price. This shop is nestled in a cozy coffeeshop near Sumang LRT. The shop with the queue and the shop that gets sold out the fastest too. I like their mee soto, lontong, mee rebus etc. People like to buy their rice and dishes too. They open early and close early or till food is sold out. Worth a revisit if you are in the area.

Ordered the Nasi Lemak. Rice was fragrant but cold. Chilli was sweet and good. Chicken wing and egg were normal standard, nothing to shout about. Overall, not much different from other Nasi Lemak stall.

Good presentation and taste. I love places like this. Nasi Ambeng is comfort food and this is one of the few places that does it well. Five stars.

Had the mee rebus today and added a bergedil to complete the ensemble. Noodles were cooked al dente where there was still a 'spring' in the noodles when you bite into it and not overcooked and mushy. The mee rebus sauce was also amazing. Not overpowering at all. The green chilli gives it an extra kick and the beansprouts add a little more crunch to the dish. Squeeze the lime and mix it well to give the mee rebus a slight tang and acidicity to balance out the sauce. Very satisfying meal! Bergedil, though not the star, was great as well. Not overly crumbly and very well seasoned! Perfect combination to kick start your day! Price is reasonable too! Highly recommended!

$14 for 2 pcs chicken wing, barely one portion of sambal goreng and two portion of paru with two rice. Ridiculous pricing. Is this the way how business is done?

A hidden gem tucked under a HDB estate. But don't be fooled by its humble facade as the food packs a punch. Local Michelin star food at affordable prices.

Soft and fluffy basmati rice paired with a generous heap of fragrant sambal, it's no wonder they still out by 11am almost daily. Because really, that's all you need for nasi lemak right

Miserable portion. 4 slices of lontong abt 1cm each. 1 pc tauhu, 1 egg, a small dollop of sambal and serunding. The gravy and vege was nice portion though. But please la, you won’t go bankrupt for giving satisfaction to customers. i think this plc is overrated.
