Good casual eatery. Self service using touch screens. Simple menu but great taste and generous portion size. Not too salty nor too sweet - very balance flavour. The beef is fresh and the beef balls have nice chewy texture. Easiest way to find the place is down the escalator next to chemist warehouse and then turn right. There were already people waiting for it to open in the morning! I tried the soy based egg noodle.

If you’re craving authentic Thai beef noodles, Ratchawat Thai Beef Noodle is definitely worth a visit. I ordered the Signature Beef Noodle Soup, and the beef broth was absolutely delicious—rich, aromatic, and full of deep, comforting flavours. You can tell the broth has been simmered with care, making every spoonful satisfying. For dessert, I had the Thai Coconut Pudding, and I absolutely loved it. It was smooth, creamy, and not overly sweet, making it the perfect way to finish the meal. Overall, the food was authentic, comforting, and full of flavour. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes next time!

We had early dinner recently at this popular beef soup and tried their Signature Beef Noodle Soup and Black Pepper Beef Noodle with 3 variety cuts i.e. the beef balls, brisket and tendon. We also ordered a fried chicken as side dish. All dishes are nice, and we like the aromatic noodle soup. Customer services are reasonable for casual restaurant, at least the dishes are prepared efficiently. The ambience is reasonable as well, but this is a QSR (quick service restaurant) Thai-style so most people don't linger in it. Prices on the menu are not cheap, but still reasonable for the portion and quality. You can pay with all usual credit card types, but will pay additional 1.6% payment surcharge.

Hard to find but totally worth it. My favourite Thai beef noodle to date in Sydney. Savoury and slightly sweet, near perfect balance and very to my taste. All protein super tender and house made beef balls had good texture and bounce to bite. Access via the down escalator at chemist warehouse. Google maps will give you the run around.

Today we finally got to try this place Ratchawat-style beef noodles, the only one in Sydney right now. My wife and I have wanted to come for a long time, but never had the chance because their opening hours didn’t match our free days. Luckily, during this Easter long weekend, they were open on a public holiday. I was a bit confused about their opening hours, to be honest. We arrived around noon and waited in line outside for about 20 minutes. There was some confusion because we were standing in line but didn’t know we also had to put our name down on a list. Not sure why we needed to sign in again if we were already queueing. The service was excellent, even though the restaurant was very busy at the time. You order through a machine, and then staff take you to your table. The food came out pretty quickly probs around 10 minutes. I ordered the 4 beef cuts , both the fresh beef and other cuts were delicious. I’d give it 5 stars very tender, not chewy at all. My wife ordered the wagyu beef, which I’d rate 4.5 stars. Good protions compare to the price The soup was well seasoned with a nice savory flavor. The fried chicken is optional you don’t really need to order it but it was very crispy and not greasy at all, so still excellent. Will be back next time for sure I’d recommend checking directly with the restaurant if you want to be sure about their opening hours👍🏻
