The food is delicious and no wait. Biren was so nice and helpful. They are open late. I had the hummus and chicken Shawarma bowl with Tahini sauce and and a side of Pita and it was SOOO good. Highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. I ordered a large falafel wrap, as I am a vegetarian, but unfortunately, I received a beef wrap instead. This has been very upsetting for me, as it goes against my dietary preferences and requirements. I believe it’s crucial for staff to accurately prepare orders based on what customers specifically request. Unfortunately, this experience has not met my expectations, and I feel that the service was lacking in this instance. Regrettably, I have decided that I will not be ordering from Pita Land again due to this experience.

I’ve never had a disappointing visit yet!! -UPDATE- Like the above review, more of the same!!! As I walked in the guy working was Aweomse!! He asked about a takeaway order that I grabbed over a month ago and brought to Red Rock On. And was Still just as delicious!!! But for him to just ask how my buds second experience with a chicken shawarma wrap was top notch!! But that’s beside the point!! Today, I can feel the hangry coming on and needed something quick and they were just down the street. As we’re talking about the Red Rick Shawarma I didn’t pay attention and asked for nothing but extra garlic sauce. This, this is exactly how to put hunger issues in their place!! Pita Land on Arthur St, Thunder Bay Ontario, thank you for being this delicious!!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but Saumya really deserves recognition. He was extremely kind, professional, and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. He paid attention to details and made sure my order was exactly right. Great customer service like this is hard to find these days!

Absolutely amazing service and food! I've been here multiple times and continue to come back because the daily special is an absolute steal and is always so delicious. On top of that, the two gentlemen who have helped me multiple times and were working this evening (Saturday, March 28th) always provide me with top tier customer service, something lacking these days at most establishments. I always have a positive experience and I highly recommend coming here, it's the best! I got the Saturday special which is a mixed shawarma plate over rice with potatoes and your choice of delicious sauces and custom salad, also includes a pop!
