Affordable new Viet joint at the Simpang neighbourhood. Good sized and priced Bahn Mi. Will try the pho and com next visit. We had the chicken ham and beef bahn mi and preferred chicken ham. Will try the triple chicken and egg version next time.

Nice little corner shop selling some pretty swell Vietnamese classics like banh mi, bun Cha and beef pho. Very underrated place — lemongrass chicken and other grilled items were flavourful and smoky, and still moist and away from the more crowded heat of Simpang. Very reasonable prices comparable or cheaper than most other food in the area. Low-10ish for a meal, and a drink — possibly below 10 if just banh mi.

Finally the King of Banh Mi Singapore have arrive to the East. We followed and have been dining in from their 1st stall at 6 Clementi rd before they open a bigger restaurant 2 shops down at 440 Pasir Panjang Rd. We are so grateful that they finally opened another outlet this time in the East at Simpang Bedok! Finally near our place. What we love is their freshly bake Banh Mi that they make daily. You can see their machines there too. They are currently the only Muslim Owned (Halal) Vietnamese Bakery in Singapore making the Banh Mi breads. This time they have 10 different choices of Banh Mi flavours from Chicken, beef, fish to vegetarian. I still have to travel down to Pasir Panjang to enjoy their full menu (my other favourite their huge seabass) but my wife enjoyed her ginger chicken claypot rice. Must try is their Bun Bo Hue if you looking for noodles.

Food were great. Drinks were also good. We ordered a few dishes and all of them were delicious. Should try the bread next time. Definitely coming again.

At first I thought it was a little bit pricy until I saw the quantity of meat given for the emperor beef pho! I take back my words! Damm shoik and worth every penny. Service is good and staff is helpful. I was even told that they use refurbished wood for their tables in the company goals to go green. I’m definitely coming back again

One of the best Vietnamese meals I have ever ordered from Grab. Was reluctant to order initially as there were no pictures in the Grab App. But I am super elated that I did! We ordered 2 dishes for dinner - 1) Claypot Ginger Chicken with Rice: The fragrant harmony of tender chicken, aromatic ginger, and perfectly steamed rice in the claypot ginger chicken dish was a tantalizing symphony of flavors that left my taste buds dancing with delight. 2) Sliced Beef Knuckle Baguette Bread: The succulent slices of beef nestled within the crisp, golden baguette created a mouthwatering fusion of textures and tastes that elevated the classic sandwich to a gourmet delight. Coupled with their own unique rendition of iced tea and coffee, we were simply blessed by our dinner experience. And it is Halal! Highly-recommended!!

Recently opened Vietnamese restaurant at Simpang Bedok. The banh mi was nice, and the pho pretty good. The bun cha was average. Overall, the price represents good value and provides a good option when in the area. Do note that there is a service charge

Had a beef pho for late lunch. The QR code couldn't work so my order was taken manually without any fuss. The broth was beefy but not as strong as at other places. They were generous with the herbs. Good, reasonably priced fare. Will try again. Recommended.

Having experienced the one in the West we were thrilled to hear of their new one in the East. While the decor and vibe are naturally different between the two the inherent rustic street charm is thankfully and undeniably its heartbeat. The authentic Vietnamese street soulfood it serves is familiar and really good. As I am a lover of green and ruffage I was the happiest. The balance Pham Quyen serves is just right. Special personal mention and love goes to the dry pho. The harmonious balance of fresh herbs with rustic classic pho elevated by the tangy spice on the side is heavenly for me. It's already on our family's favourite list. 🧡

Authentic Vietnamese halal food. Nothing outside of Vietnam comes close to these as far as I know. Give them a try to taste it for yourself!

Stated on Google page that it opens at 10am. We came at 10.30am but they were still not ready. Staff said that they are opened at 10.30am. Service was slow, non of the food handlers were wearing mask/ spit guard. Ordered Bahn mi and beef brisket. This is the 3rd time I've ordered beef brisket, all 3 times we were served a different looking dish. The first time was a very thick stew, 2nd time was slightly diluted and the 3rd time was watery. So I'm not sure what the dish should taste like normally. Plus we found hair in the last piece of beef brisket. We only got our banh mi after 30 minutes wait. Seriously lackluster service but what broke the deal was the absence of face mask / spit guard by ALL the food handler. They need to be responsible and start wearing mask. I won't be coming back no matter how great the food is.

The food is reasonably priced. The pho is decent but the chicken curry is even better. We ordered baguette bread with it but I liked the curry so I added an order of rice and finished everything. The baguette is light and fluffy. The drinks are good too esp the iced Vietnamese coffee.

This place is a gem, tucked right in the corner at Simpang Bedok - serving halal Vietnamese cuisine. Nothing pretentious, just authentic Vietnamese food minus the pork. Various Bahn Mi & Pho offered here. Reasonably priced & well-portioned. Herbs used for the dishes are exceptionally fresh as you can taste it’s strong flavours. Same goes for the dipping sauce. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee was on point too.

We came in at about 8pm when the restaurant was almost empty. Yet we waited for about 20 mins for the first fish. The second dish came in 30 mins, and only when we asked about the remaining dishes, the staff told us the items were not available. The food also didn’t taste good or authentic.

Was initially a little skeptical as banh mi is traditionally made with pork while everything here is based on chicken. However, the banh mis here are absolutely delicious and the baguettes are toasted to the perfect level of crunch and crispness. My personal favourite is the chicken pate banh mi. This place is very affordable too - from about $5.50 onwards for one banh mi. The only drawback is the size - I do feel that the banh mis here are smaller than at most other restaurants.

This place is horrendously bad experience. Beef Pho was actually mee bakso with tinge of Vietnamese flavours. Most shocking of all was the surprise 10% Service Charge that dosent appear on the electronic bill but appears when you’re paying. There’s also no service at all so really have no idea what i’m paying for.. everything is self service. Might be suspicious business front since cash only and hidden costs.
