Definitely one of the better cheesecakes in singapore. I ordered the Original & Pistachio, and both were really rich, decadent & flavourful. No seating, but has nice standing areas to people watch while you eat!

May 2026 Cafe is rather small with only a few seatings by the side for customers to enjoy the cakes. Mini square cakes are sold on a first come first serve basis, while whole round cakes need to be pre-ordered. There’s also an additional charge of 50 cents for individual packaging. Ordered 3 cheesecake flavours — original, chocolate and pistachio. The chocolate cheesecake came with Ferrero Rocher-like crunch bits which gave it a very interesting texture and added a nice surprise to every bite. What stood out most was the density of the cake. Rich and creamy without being overly sweet, which is something many burnt cheesecakes fail to achieve. The pistachio cheesecake was paired with berries. It tasted good, though personally I feel nuts would have complemented the pistachio flavour even better. The original cheesecake had no additional toppings or fillings, but it still tasted equally good on its own. Simple, smooth and satisfying. Loved every bite of these cheesecakes and would gladly return again. June 2026 Second time to repurchase the cakes! Tried burnt butter banana. Banana taste a little too strong. But think it taste better than pistachio.

Clear 5 stars for cheesecake lovers, I'm just a purist, any other flavours just doesn't do it for me. Good thing that the original is more creamy and cheesy, less cake! Nice presentation with the square shapes and the boxing up. As expected it is on the pricey side, but will definitely be back.

If you’re into Basque style burnt cheesecake, Paparch SG does a pretty satisfying version that leans towards creamy indulgence. The first thing you’ll notice is the contrast; the top has that nicely caramelised, slightly charred finish, while the inside stays soft, smooth, and almost custard- like. It’s not overly dense, which makes it easy to keep going for another slice without feeling too heavy. The burnt top gives a subtle bitterness that balances out the richness of the cheese perfectly. The filling itself is creamy, mildly sweet, and not cloying; more on the clean, milky side rather than overly cheesy. It’s the kind of flavour profile that appeals to a wide crowd. Chilling it slightly before eating makes a difference; the texture firms up just enough while still staying creamy in the centre. It’s simple, no-frills, but well executed. A solid burnt cheesecake that gets the fundamentals right creamy centre, nicely torched top, and balanced sweetness. Good for sharing, but honestly, you could finish it on your own.

I really enjoyed the cheesecake at Paparch — it was very creamy and genuinely satisfying. The service, however, felt a bit inconsistent. I went twice within two days: the first time, one of the staff members was very pleasant, but the second experience was not as good.
