This was a fantastic place that we found completely by accident. I am vegeterian, and I loved their vegan ramen, though I must admit I did gather everyone's bamboo shoots which made the experience even better (I love bamboo shoots. Also, I feel like the ramen gained a lot in terms of flavor with the addition of the bamboo shoots, so maybe the recipie could be tweaked a bit?). My friends got their red wagyu and white chicken options, and were also happy with the experience. One reports that the meat did not feel like wagyu, it was good nonetheless. The staff also performed this fun ritual you can see in the video. The staff were caring and very attentive to requests. The tables were a little small and crowded, but nicely decorated. There were tap-to pay, card and cash payment options available.

We were at the place its nice and cozy, We tried the chicken ramen here and it was really delicious. We ordered both the white ramen and the red ramen, and both were excellent. The broth was rich and flavorful and the noodles were cooked perfectly. Definitely worth trying if you visit! Keep it up
