Very disappointed in their product. Bought two pandan chiffon cakes from them on 5 June, ate one on the day itself, and the texture was a little too moist for chiffon cake. On 6 June, the other cake was already mouldy. Possible that cake was already not fresh when bought. There was no expiry date on the cake too.

The shop owner should really look at the staff behaviour. One of the staff so rude. Throw waffle on the table then talking rudely to customers. If she is not happy, no one is forcing her to work. She can just stay at home. When ask her why she talking like that to people. She answered back rudely.

Seriously unprofessional staff! Not even one of the staff are customer oriented. Not expecting a 5star service but definitely don’t expect to ruin the day being served by rude staff. Asked them if breads are ready for sale and they shouted at us. “Can’t you see I’m very busy?” Patronise at your own risk.

I saw a staff/baker dropped a dirty rag on one of the freshly baked buns and quickly removed the rag thinking nobody else noticed. The counter staff saw it too and pretended nothing happened. They left the affected bread out for sale. Disclaimer: it happened so fast I have no way of taking pic for evidence. I also avoided confronting the staff involved since I was tested positive for covid in a nearby clinic that day and thought it is best I don't talk to anyone on my way home. The whole incident disgusts me enough to leave a review here. Pls do better.

Wanted to support this neighbourhood halal bakery but was sorely disappointed. Went to this branch to get chicken floss buns. The floss on the buns there were unevenly spread so I took just one. Got the coffee bun too. I thought it had a nice brown as it is supposed to be coffee flavoured but when I ate it later, it turned out that the bun was actually burnt! When lining up to pay, the customer in front of me had been waiting with no one manning the cashier counter. A staff was busy cleaning the waffle counter and machines and did not care to look if there's anyone at the cashier. Mind you it wasn’t the first time the staff (not sure if it’s the same person or not) was too engrossed with cleaning the waffle station, even without customers waiting for waffles, that she didn’t notice customers lining up to pay! The staff especially those behind the counter should be alert when there are customers in the queue and no customers waiting for waffles! The customer in front of me, tired of waiting, grumbled to me as she went outside to pay at the staff outside. I followed her and stood behind her outside. After tending to an earlier customer, the staff outside let her pay for her bread. After her, the staff looked away to tend to another (potential?) customer at the other end of the counter and ignored me. I approached the waffle staff from the outside who was still busy cleaning the waffle station and asked her “Hello! Can pay or not?” She just replied “Pay inside” most probably because I was holding a tray. So I went back inside, waiting like a fool in front of the cash register and no one there. The waffle station staff called to another staff, a shorter girl with dark-rimmed specs who had been casually wiping the covers, and came to the cashier. I told her that her co-worker was busy at the waffle station and did not see any queue and we were left waiting. Apparently she couldn’t understand me, kept saying “What” and "pay", making me keep repeating my comment to her. Finally I asked her “You don’t understand English?” She answered “A little bit only.” She was unsure if I still wanted to pay for the buns. I quickly did and left. Very upset with the bad service, the products and staff who cannot even care or communicate effectively with customers.

Today i approach the store for waffle, the PRC worker says 9am then waffles is ready to sell. When i come back again at 9am, the another auntie worker says it is not ready. If you are not willing to sell, please close your waffles booth or indicate specific timing. It is total ignorant. Promised the timing and not fulfiling. It is not the first time. Their workers are always reluctant to operate waffles. 8am come says 9am. 9am comes says later or 10am or not ready. Wasting customer timing and the baker still dare to tell customer to call police. I will never buy anything from this store again. Avoid for all cost.

Truly one of the rudest encounters i've had. Decided to get waffles after dinner and the shop wasn't closed yet so I asked the lady at the counter if the waffles are still available. Instead of just telling me there's no more waffles already, she said in chinese "you can't see for yourself? is there anything (the batter) there?" in a really rude manner. This is not the first time I've dealt with her poor attitude as I perviously had to help an Indian lady translate because she refused to answer her claiming she doesn't know english (it was merely a question asking if there were any more bread). Won't be buying from the store anymore. To the management, it's time for you to do something about it.

The staff working here can be really impatient and brash. Just not one but atleast 2 who make it look like we owe them a living. A sincere smile and demeanor is all it takes. Either they are overworked, unhappy working there or just look down on the class of the people or race.

I always drop by any iBread outlet for their egg tarts. But today I tried a 'new' product of theirs!! Coconut tart $1.80 Chicken char siew tart $1.80 2 for $3 Very generous portion of meat in the chicken tart, would definitely buy that again.

Very bad service, staffs always chatting while customer waiting for them to place order. When asking what's the ingredients in the bread (due to no labeling on the display table), she replied in mandarin "whatever you see outside the bread is what's the ingredients". Never buy from this bakery shop again.
