If you want to run a business, at least do it properly. I’ll let others judge for themselves because I genuinely don’t understand the reasoning behind this. I ordered a 6-piece tenders set for takeaway. Since I’m lactose intolerant, I politely requested either no cheese on the fries or for the cheese to be packed separately, as the set normally comes with cheese fries in a single box. The staff told me they couldn’t separate the cheese. I then asked if they could simply pack the fries separately instead, but they said that wasn’t possible either. How difficult is such a simple request? It’s hard to believe the chicken, fries, and cheese are all pre-packed together before serving. There seemed to be no willingness to accommodate a reasonable dietary request, which made the experience quite disappointing.

Its a made-to-order food establishment, so expect longer waiting time than your regular fast food. Otherwise, food is delicious, freshly prepared. Good service.

Had to wait about 20-30 mins for the food. All packed in disposables though we had it dine in the coffee shop. Sauce given was much lesser than other outlets. No chili provided.

Discovered this Korean fried chicken shop in Senja Kopitiam. Ordered the soy coated 2 piece chicken to try . It was surprisingly good. Forgot to take pictures of food except for the fried chicken skin that was given complimentary as their opening promo. Very friendly staff
