5/5 for the cookies 4/5 for the price 3/5 for the cramped seating area I have tried the chocolate chip and chocolate smores cookies. Both were great especially when warmed up. Suitable for a small indulgence once in a while. Edit: On a third visit, I tried the biscoff oreo brownie (B.O.B.) which was labelled as the #1 seller. It was too overloaded with chocolate and sugar.

The cookie was warm and not so sweet (ordered earl grey and oh s’mores) . My husband likes it and rates it 5 star, however, I don’t have a sweet tooth, so I gave it a 4 and since this is my account, It will reflect my rating 😂 The staff were accommodating and friendly. Packaging is also nice

I tried their limited Xmas special mint chocolate cookie, it was good, crispy exterior, candy bits and chocolate mint fudge in the middle. Sadly they stop serving their ice cream about 7 plus, so I didn’t get to try the mint chocolate ice cream. Ordered a few cookies with the Grab self pick 25% discount, very worth it! Happy they have an outlet here!

Cookie was very Nice. Like the soft texture inside and slight crisp external, only thing is too sweet..but go well with hot americaro. Cookie set cost 7.90, one Cookie with drink

Totally poor service from the crew in the store. Zero awareness of what's going on and who is around you. Am next in line but she served another customer cutting queue. I already said I came first but she told me that I queue wrongly and proceed to serve the one who cut the queue. I am right in front of you standing for 5 mins!!! One incident is enough to stop patronizing.

Cookie was warm and sweet. Maybe a bit too sweet for my liking especially the filling. Overall is quite nice, not the usual 'harder' cookies (think famous Amos) . At $5 a pop it's really expensive for just a cookie. Dun think will buy again.

We love Nasty Cookies. They are very well baked and taste really awesome. But due to the high level of sweetness and pricing, these cookies could only be an indulgence once in a while.

Cookies are visually nice but the taste isn't that amazing. Their $2 top-up ice cream tasted quite odd and displeasing. I'm someone that is not picky with food at all, but I wouldn't personally recommend this place. The cookies that my friend and I ordered were very oily, and their tables shook so much that we almost spilled our cookies onto the floor. Lastly, the shop only had 2-3 customers, but most of the tables were dirty and uncleaned. Disappointing experience; I rarely give any shops below 3 stars but 2 stars is the max I can give

Westgate branch closes officially at 9.30 pm but we were told we have to vacate the premises by 8.45 pm because of cleaning. Given impression cleaning was for general seating area? Do they really need 45 mins? The seating area is not very big. If they need to clean the interior like the kitchen or counter areas, that can happen while the patrons are still seated. Think the outlet should just close earlier. Anyway, had the Choco Bueno cookie. It was just alright, not outstanding at all. Cookie is bit expensive at $5.80. Coffee/tea prices are average. If you have both coffee/tea and one cookie each, it will cost about $10-$12 per person. We shared.
