We got the milk chocolate and dark chocolate cookies. Both were rich, gooey, and freshly baked. At $6 per cookie though, they're quite pricey. I can get six Munchi pancakes for the price of two cookies. They need to lower their prices or offer special deals (and their 6 cookies for $34 is not a great one).

Really bad to order from them on foodpanda. Very unprofessional. I order 3 different cookies. There was the normal delivery fee and small order fee. One cookie was out of stock. Without offering a replacement, they just sent 2 cookies instead, costing the same delivery and small order fee. If 2 cookies had been out of stock, they would have sent only 1 cookie for the same delivery and small order fee. Tried contacting them on all services, but no one picked up. Very bad place. Quality of cookie was also terrible in the end. Wasted a lot of money on them. Don't ever buy, huge waste of money.

The malay guy worked fast and steady even though long queue and he was alone at 6pm. Good job. I had to go queue as couldn’t order through grab merchant cancelled my order. But can understand as the cookies were in hot demand and they understaffed.

My kids loved their cookies. Quite expensive for small bite of cookies.

I’ve been a regular customer at Nasty Cookies and I genuinely love their cookies. However, one of the male staff members is consistently rude and unwelcoming, which really affects the overall experience and results in a very disappointing customer service! I say this as someone who visits almost every day — the product is great, but the attitude of this staff member is not acceptable. If I were managing this place, I would take this kind of behavior seriously because it reflects poorly on an otherwise excellent brand.
