Hidden gem of BP for authentic Filipino food. Sinigang a.k.a Lauk Singgang in Malay. No doubt there are similarity of dishes among the Malay Peninsula countries. Rice and dishes were served really warm. Love all the dishes and desserts here from Ms Inasal from day one they started. Stall is Muslim-owned Filipino. After sometime, they applied for Halal certification. My personal favourite is the Sinigang. There were 5 pieces of medium sized prawns with veggies. Nice to sip the soup. Salmon one was also nice. Price wise reasonable. I'm a small eater. I divide the dish for lunch and dinner. Mabuhay, MS Inasal!

Quite tasty... generous serving. Friendly lady from Davao... Didn't know tuna could be so tasty. Great to diversify the palette with different cooking styles every now and then. Will be back to try more dishes...
