The area here looked dirty. They should maintain the area as they're dealing with food. I think the snacks prices are expensive!

Had the prata butter, it is crispy and sweet but lack of butter and teh halia less sweet. It's good that the less sweet is really less sweet where most of the place don't really less sweet u know. Very limited space with the tense smelly oily food leave on the whole body. This always happens to a dining place which is not good in air ventilation.

I had the fried cempedak, 3 for $2. The fruit is really bad with lot of fibre, it's not deep fried enough, the seed/nut is inedible. The prata and tosai are nice

I wish the owner or the staffs of this outlet must eat the pratta using that useless disposable spoon and fork... irritating while using these to tear of the pratta and It took me nearly 30min to finish my 2pcs of prattas using this things. If wanted to use hand also there's not even a hand wash sink too. People with empty stomach may forget their hunger when use these disposable spoon and fork. Please consider this thing and provide steal or metal spoon and fork. Put yourself in customers shoe 🙏

My children bought 2 pkts of Fried Rice and 2 pkts of Fried Maggi. They were happily eating the food when they reached home UNTIL THEY SAW A DEAD COCKROACH in the Maggi. They straight away threw ALL THEIR FOOD OUT. Never buying from this place again.

Decided to order a thosai earlier at 1030 but was told by the cashier that I have to wait for 30 mins. Not the first time it happened that I had to wait so long when it is a non peak period. I reluctantly obliged and decided to walk around Causeway Point to kill some time. Came back half an hour later to find out from the same cashier that one of the staff assigned either wasn't present or couldn't be bothered. He was nice enough to return back my money so I will commend him for that. Couldn't help but laugh at this piss poor service. Still had the cheek to o price their menu above average in a heartland area with this kind of service. They got one thing right though which is the name of this business by calling themselves Cartel. Will never patronise this establishment ever again.

Curry puffs were not ready during morning peak hours. Their staff could not understand nor make orders for hot drinks correctly.

I’m a regular here, but I’m only here for drinks mostly I love their Thai Milk tea,I always get the large which is 1L and is priced at $3.70 which is cheaper than most places and honestly is good 🔥.Have tried the other drinks before like Kopi Cino and stuff all quite solid.
