If you are looking for authentic Xinjiang pilaf, this place is a must-visit. I ordered the combo pilaf with two different cuts of lamb for $88. The meat was tender, fragrant, and nicely fatty, and the rice itself was perfectly cooked. The spice mix on the table adds an incredibly rich taste to the dish, and the side salad with peppers and onions balances the rich meat perfectly. I also tried the milk beer. It was decent and nice to try once, but nothing special. The staff are super polite and helpful. Great food, cozy atmosphere, and amazing service.

This is one of the few restaurants in Hong Kong specializing in authentic Xinjiang lamb pilaf. Visiting during off-peak hours, I found the seating comfortable, service attentive, and the food flavorful and authentic. However, the final bill slightly differed from the menu pricing—an issue the restaurant should address.

The lamb pilaf we ordered were amazing! Tasty warm pilaf served with quite a huge lamb leg. The meat's texture was soft, tender and juicy. Seasoning was good as well. The beef stew and veggies all tasted quite nice, but nowhere near the experience of eating the lamb pilaf 👍 All of the foods here are halal. The milk beer didn't contain any alcohol. The servers were kind and informative, service was fast. The place was small but very clean and ornately decorated aside from being very cold to oppose the heated blaze that was Hongkong city. Love it! ❤️

Authentic lamb pilaf that is honest and unpretentious. The rice is aromatic, fluffy and coated with the goodness of lamb fat. The lamb ribs is extremely tender and falls off the bone. As authentic as you can get in HK!

Amazing food all around. Loved their noodle (forgot the name but it was the 2nd option in the menu for noodles). Shockingly great deal, huge mutton with rice. Amazing sides (their soup was great). Honestly all positives for their food quality and taste. Place is kinda small but it is clean and the service was great too. Highly recommended
