I was deliberating whether to get a Burger King or a McDonald’s. While I was on the phone, I noticed a lady who looked incredibly sweet walking, making sure the customers were well taken care of. She, namely Patricia, was actively checking and assisting customers, clearing tables, and ensuring everything was in order. There was something genuinely warm and sincere about the way she carried herself. I also noticed the manager, Jian Bao, who had a very nice smile and came across as equally sincere and approachable. Together, they created a welcoming atmosphere that made the restaurant feel well cared for. In a world where people are often quick to complain about poor service, I thought it was only fair to acknowledge good service when I see it. Her kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed.

Not sure if cold food is a norm for this outlet, especially evening order. Breakfast usually still okay. Unsure what happened today, ordered our meal at 8.45pm and only received order at 9.40pm. Outlet seems insufficient manpower, after a long long wait and upon food arrival, to our disappointment, burgers are cold while fries are still semi hot (we deliberately ordered without salt so that e fries are hot and not cold). Floors are always dirty and filled with spilled food… sigh! 😮💨 Pls do something to improve the food quality and cleanliness.

Came on a few occasion, and on my latest visit, Ice milo was very diluted. Replacement ice milo was the same. Manager offered to change a drink, so I picked green tea. Still tasteless. Today, same situation, and the fries feels subpar, like it was fried for a second time. This outlet got to buck up on its standard.

McDonald’s needs to take action to better train the staff at this outlet. I waited at the counter for my ice cream and one staff acknowledged my order but asked a colleague to serve me instead. That colleague ignored the request and left me waiting at the counter. I eventually had to raise my voice to get the crew’s attention and receive my order.
